Been a while every stars was slowly getting worse on QA, today took a chance at this location. Took me back to running around the back my uncle’s conversion van and eating what I thought was the best burger. Ordered a #1 with cheese, all my food was hot and fresh Sooo good! I have so many issues with just one order at this place. Had coupons and they didn’t even discount the food. Ordered two sushes, got two poweraides instead. Ordered a Super Cheeseburger and this is the burger i got in the picture. No double meat, no cheese. Cold, hard, nasty food. The guy who took my order barely said anything and didnt even tell me the total. Never going to this disappointing Stars location again.

I had ordered a slush, and it came out wrong 2 times. The male carhop with long hair however was extremely kind and apologetic and offered to pay it for me but I declined. While, I can’t deny that it’s a bit troubling at times to order, the service and staff are undeniably trying their best.

Came almost. At 5 pm and got attended by a rude worker who said what do you want with an attitude not even a welcome or good afternoon. To the owner of this place you need to get better workers I was the only person there they had all the lights off not even the open sign was on.this is how you lose business.

Worse customer service. I went to Hidalgo Stars I told him my order and he decline adding Mayo to my value burger when I alwayssssss always ask for it with no issue he said next time I’m sure we won’t add it only this time he kept repeating like if I’m dumb…then 3 cars arrived and all of them got their meals and me only asked for one little value burger and never arrived so I just left…very disappointed never again will I go… They need some trainings in customer service. And on how to look at least act like they “like” their job.

The guy that takes the order has really bad customer service. He sounds mad and when he asks anything else and you say no he just stays quiet doesn’t say the total or anything. Plus they forgot the fries to a combo I ordered. He stated they weren’t charged but they come with the combo! They still brought the fries but took some time the burger got cold. smh

The food is good and all, but the system they use to take orders is trash. I never understand anything they say, i just hear something and i start ordering hoping they got it all. That is also in part that the one taking they order never speaks clearly or tells me my total anyway. They also need trash cans here.

Lady doesn’t even know how to do orders . Charged us 2 big drinks and gave us one magnum and the other one small. Also charged me 2 orders of family nuggets while I ordered only one . Bad service never coming here again.
