I will say very friendly staff that works there today but the lack of reading orders baffled me and my wife. She had ordered online and it was terrible for her sub… I truly don’t think it’s that hard to read directions when she asked for only 2 scoops of tuna and it got a slaughter with a mountain full all over the sandwich asked for lettuce on it as well received none. Highly disappointed I had to go to another subway just to get it fixed before making our way home with other errands that we had to run if I had known before leaving the store and being clear across town I would’ve made them remake it.

I had four people ahead of me in line. I stood there for 20+ minutes. The staff were only able to serve one person in that timeframe, and that one person was already being served when I first entered. The staff spent most of their time working on online orders or other tasks that did not involve serving customers. l ended up leaving without getting anything, because my wife had already gotten her food from Burger King and finished her meal. I won’t be coming here again. What a waste of time.

Update: got my sub without the extra meatballs I paid for… was told they didn’t have any but then they heated some up and put them in a separate container (seemed like they were already packing up, ready to close 45 min early). Opened my sub and realized there were hardly any vegetables on there (incl missing some I asked for). I went back and showed them, and they said their management was cracking down on them, telling them to put less vegetables on subs. There’s no reason to eat here when they skimp on their main selling point.
Whoa watch out, here comes the TITAN TURKEY with 33% more meat, and I even paid for 50% MORE meat! The meat is so thin to begin with, and they barely give you any! What a joke! Would’ve been $23 for 2 subs (if not for the “discount”), and they want you to pay a tip in addition!

Aggressive vibe, unsafe. This is the best Subway as far as service and freshness, but the other day I came in with a close friend, and right as we were walking toward Subway, a group of guys who looked like they’re just working out, from the gym the fifth round, next door were crowding the walkway. One of them made a loud comment toward my friend that felt unnecessary and out of line. Made him flinch. We brushed it off, but once we sat down to eat, we noticed a couple of them pacing back and forth, glancing in through the windows with a tense energy.
My friend told me he felt targeted and uncomfortable, and honestly, so did I. He’s not someone who looks for trouble, but their behavior made it hard to relax. We won’t be dining in again until this is handled. It’s just not worth the discomfort.

Where the heck is my order? Placed an order at 6:40 pm in the app for 7:05 pm pick-up. I go there at 7:05 and there is no trace of my order. I show him the order details in the app. He restarts his POS, still no sign. He said they’ve been having online order issues the whole week but oh no worries they’ll refund it back to your card. Yeah great! Went to JJ and got some subs. Subway ordering system sucks big time! Not going back again.

This is about what happen to me outside Subway, with some men from 15th Round Gym. I not speak English very well, so I quiet and keep to myself. One day I walk to Subway sandwich shop, and man from 15th Round Gym stand in front of door. He see me want to come in, but he no move. I wait, he still no move. His friends laugh at me. I feel very awkward. I waited long time.
Later, after I get sandwich, I see same men stand near my car. I feel scared again. I wait again, then one man say, “Why you standing there?” I say, “I wait for you move, that is my car.” They laugh again. I feel they do this on purpose.
I don’t want trouble. I respect this country and people. But I write this because I see other people also say problem with 15th Round Gym people. I hope manager see this is real, and care. I don’t want anyone feel what I feel.
