I went there after work to eat something, once I arrived the cashier gave me a look. I didn’t think of anything about that so I tried ordering and he kept the attitude, I tried to keep up my cool. He then asked what drink I wanted. The mocked me, I gave up and cancelled my order at the end. BAD costumer service.

My wife and I moved to Delta not long ago. On our way home from shopping, we decided to get blizzards. My wife ran in and placed our order. There were three young people working and they were in no hurry to help my wife. They stood around talking about graduation. Finally, one of the employees broke away and took our order. When he was finished he put the order on the counter. The cups were overflowing all over the counter and making a mess. He couldn’t get the lids to seal and tried to give the blizzards to my wife. She told him there was no way she could take the blizzards like this. He stuck the order in a bag and walked away. My wife had no choice but to take the bag. By the time we got home the bag was trashed and I had ice cream all over the floorboards. You can rest assured we have written this Dairy Queen off the list of places to go. As for the person responding to these reviews with a ” give us another try “, I will say this. Until somebody steps up and takes responsibility for the mismanagement of this place, you won’t have to worry about us comnng back. It’s just not going to happen!

The mobile app hardly ever works here. Nobody ever answers the phone and when i order and checked in. everyone that comes in after me gets their orders. When i have placed mine 20minutes prior online! I end up waiting for everyone in line to order for me to get my mobile order. We need a better ran DQ.
2025 Another Update I have ordered a few times on DoorDash and the food has been on point and the ice cream has as well, but every single time I ordered a misty Freeze they made Misty Slushes (so without the ice cream).

My husband and I stop by after work for dinner, we were ordering and the guy that was getting our order was acting really mean and was talking to me like if I was bothering him, I cancel my order and I told him that I didn’t like the way he was threatening me, he just left and didn’t care, NEVER again I will come to this place!!!

Food is good and staff is friendly but the restaurant is woefully understaffed! ONE person working on a Sunday at lunchtime is BAD business. I stood in line for 20 minutes and waited another 20 for my hot food

I visited the Delta Colorado Dairy Queen. There were 5 employees visible behind the counter. Yet, we could not find a clean table to sit at. We tried to order a hamburger – which we were told there was none of. We then ordered a meal. We paid and then we’re informed there was no drinks available but tap water. That would have been helpful to know before we paid for a soft drink. I still can’t believe we had to pay for tap water! We received our food and we asked for ketchup which we were told there was none of. Another bit of info that would have been helpful before we ordered fries. Pretty terrible experience.

Our chicken strip baskets were missing the toast, when I ask about it I was met with an extremely rude response of our toasters broke I can’t make toast if the toaster’s broke What do you want me to do give you a $0.60 refund? Truly the rudest counter help I have encountered anywhere! Our pretzel sticks were rock hard, they’re normally quite soft. We opted to go elsewhere to find ice cream, we did not come here to be treated so rudely. We will not be back at this location as long as Aaliyah is at the counter!

Horrible experience. Two young ladies working there doing their best, but so poorly managed. At first, I was surprised by the limited menu. No burgers. At a DQ. No onions for the chili dog, so I opted for chicken strip sandwich. Received it only to discover a tiny bun, two small strips, and a glob of mayo. For $9. (w/fries/drink). Went up to the counter to find out they were out of lettuce and tomato. Overheard that they were also out of milk, so couldn’t make shakes. The restaurant is right next to City Market. But…. no manager on duty. ♂️
Also asked why I was charged $11.39 for a menu item that said $10.29 on the board. No explanation, but they had no way of refunding the difference. Won’t be back.

My fiance went in to get a little treat. The two young men at the counter looked at him but didn’t acknowledge him at all. The sign says under new management but seems like nothing has changed.
