We don’t go out frequently for ice cream, it’s a treat when we do. We ordered 4 medium mixers and thought nothing of it when the young man handed me a bag instead of a cup carrier which would have been a better a better way to server an almost $40 order. By the time I got home with the treats, about a 1/4 of each order was in the bottom of the bag which was a disappointment. Didn’t even bother going back and most likely won’t again, there’s a lot of other options along near by that does not put four cups in a bag.

I recently visited this location today after not coming for a while and was very disappointed. I politely asked if it was possible to get a kid size of the Nutty waffle crunch and the employee in the drive through rudely said you can only get it in a small. I then asked if it’s possible to get it in a waffle cone she preceded to say no that’s not the policy we only serve plain vanilla or chocolate. I was sad about the policy/lack of accommodation but I was even more sad about the tone of the employee and how they present the product. I hope they get better customer service.

We ordered three different items. The Ozark turtle Sunday, the triple chocolate, and almond delight concrete each one was delightful. overall visit to Andy frozen custard was fantastic. The quality of the deserts, the friendly service and the inviting atmosphere make it must visit spot for anyone with a sweeth tooth.

Great frozen custard! Only outdoor seating. Pretty large selection and of course seasonal options! As of early September, they still have the key lime pie custard , which I haven’t tried YET, but I am sure is absolutely out of this world. But they are now offering caramel apple and surely more seasonal flavors will come out soon!

Whoever was working window today at 8:37pm would be fired in a heart beat in my establishment. Been a consistent Andy’s customer for years and I have never gotten this type of attitude. Honestly never have gotten that attitude ANYWHERE. She should be gone.

First they gave half filled and 2 candies inside. I requested to replace but Carrol and Sharon both were so rude and explained this happens in routine as they both next to each other placed. They were out of Medium cups too. They ruined my flavor and never replaced. We like Naperville Service but not recommended this location.

Car in front of me took 5 minutes to order their freaking food so I couldn’t get my ice cream, even though I got there before close. I was literally the last car in line and the guy comes out and says nope you’re done. Whatever man, never have to deal with rude people at Culver’s.

I recently tried the Brownie Sundae and really enjoyed the overall treat. The custard was rich and creamy, and the brownie was warm and fudgy—such a great combo! However, I wasn’t a fan of the cherry on top. It felt a bit out of place with the rest of the flavors. Still, a delicious dessert overall, just personally would skip the cherry next time.

Actively disgusted in this place will no longer be able to eat here again I ordered the cookie butter concrete and as I’m eating it I’m paying attention to the spoon and I pull this long piece of hair and no way could it be mine cause the cookie butter was wrapped in it.
