If you haven’t been to Latin Cafe yet, you are seriously missing out! They’ve been a community staple for 24 years, and after one bite, it’s easy to see why. I came in specifically craving empanadillas and alcapurrias, and they were absolute perfection.
It didn’t just taste like “good food”—it tasted like Grandma’s cooking. I tried both the beef and chicken empanadillas, and the flavors were spot on, exactly like home. I had the Chicken Empanada with a Watermelon Soda. Just a quick stop in, but I’ve been coming here for years. Their Chicken Soup (And any soup!) is amazing (I had it multiple times in the past)! Laily and company are always nice to me and welcoming and friendly. Customer service is always great and on par. Gracias por todo!

It was okay.The food was not as flavorable as, I would have liked and I asked her to freshly cook my empanadas and she gave me ones that had been sitting in the heating element for hours.
You can tell by looking at the picture below which one was sitting under the heating element.

Really great cafe! The owner and his wife are amazingly kind and friendly, not to mention the food is amazing. We came here for Cuban coffee but stayed for amazing food! Definitely worth driving to.

My mofongo and shrimp dish was very tasteful and reasonably priced. The staff was extremely pleasant I definitely will visit again. I was disappointed that they had no restrooms in a dine-in location.

The staff was so amazing and nice. The empanadas were just ok as they were pre baked and sat in a warming cabinet. The blacks were cooked well and for my taste it was missing the vinegar.
