The Berlin location is hands down my favorite place to go! My sister and I visit weekly, and the experience is always amazing. V and Tyler are incredibly kind, welcoming, and personable. We had questions about the app and our rewards points, and they took the time to walk us through everything step by step, making sure we fully understood how to navigate the app and redeem our points. Their patience, knowledge, and customer service truly set this location apart. We always leave feeling taken care of and excited to come back!

My wife and I have been wanting to go to this establishment for a long time. She is going to be upset that I went this morning by myself….because it was OUTSTANDING….
This is perhaps one of the best, up and coming establishments in the state. It truly uses the freshest ingredients. I ordered a watermelon pineapple mint refresher and I watched her blend fresh fruit and mix in a blender.
Orders come in 3 Sizes: Bite, Snack, Meal. It’s a bit pricey, but it is meant to substitute for your meal at that time.
Indoors there is a soft leather couch for relaxing, along with bar stools for us loners.
For all you lazy people like me, there is a DRIVETHRU.
Go to this place immediately, or particularly on your way to work for an extra energy BOOST.

I usually order via drive through however I decided to step inside today . The inside is very clean and welcoming plus the staff members are always friendly . The shakes are really good and don’t have a powdery or weird after taste like other shakes I’ve tried .

Our visit to The Fresh Monkee, LLC in Berlin, CT was a delightful experience from start to finish. We all opted for the antioxidant berry smoothies, and they were simply divine – packed with flavor and freshness. But what truly set this place apart was the cozy ambiance and the unexpected touch of whimsy. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a “monkey snuggle” with stuffed animals alongside our smoothies, adding an extra layer of charm to our visit. The combination of delicious drinks and playful atmosphere made for a memorable outing. Can’t wait to come back for more!

These shakes are really good! I have never tasted a protein shake as good as the PB jelly time. I also like the caramel apple flavor which actually tastes like a caramel apple. They are very filling and give you a good boost in energy. My new favorite shake place. Large is $8.59 which i guess makes sense because of protein.

Prices are reasonable and servings are perfect. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The list of add INS is something I missed on the way in even though it’s a huge board right as you walk in, so next time I would want to look that over before ordering. With that said, shake tasted great and this was a perfect spot to grab a healthy afternoon snack. Nutrition content can be found online

Love Fresh Monkee! It has become my new favorite obsession. I have been to the Wethersfield one and the Manchester ones as well. I love how they are all a little different inside. Lots of sit down room in this one. Good parking. Easy to see and find from the road. Good location. The staff was not as friendly in this one as they were in the other two though.
