Very nice staff, they write on your cups now which is very sweet, they gave me a free bite today 🙂 and they always make my coffee perfect butttt today someone did do it warm on a cold day but I loved the gesture from the manager so I love coming here when I can. Highly recommend and order ahead if in a hurry it’s Homer Glen after all .

I could have just gotten a chocolate milk at the gas station and it would have been the same as my Java chip frappe. It was completely watered down and my birthday cake pop was completely wet and smashed up. The guy that works there is the only one that’s made my experiences there great. Any other time, it usually gets messed up.

I have been coming to this location for a few years and never had a bad experience! There may have been a time or two where my drink didn’t taste right, but the employees have always been happy to fix it!
I went to this location Sept 18 2023 and Sept 20 2023 (morning) – and the drive thru servers were very kind! And I would love to give a shout out! Sept 18 – short hair with tattoos, Sept 20 – short curly hair with a lip ring.. you guys are awesome and made my day 10x better! Thank you for being so kind in this not so easy world!

I literally never leave reviews, and I go to Starbucks a lot – but I visited this Starbucks and had the best experience I’ve ever had in a Starbucks, or any fast food restaurant. The coffee was great, I wanted to try something new so I took Riley’s recommendation. The staff is VERY nice and made me feel welcome.

Drive through line around the building. No online ordering. Went in thinking it would be faster. One person ahead of me in like but took 5 minutes to order. Wanted the new sandwich: none were delivered so picked bacon/gouda. Another 5 minutes, was standing right in front of the gal waiting, but did she hand it to me? Nope, she apparently walked over to the end to put it on the counter so I didn’t know it was ready, finally went to look. Wow. And then…the bun was rock hard. Had to throw the top away. Awful. Won’t be back. Want my money and time back. Oh, forgot to add…there were multiple flies buzzing around the store. Gross.
