Food came out quickly and correctly, even with some modifications to our order. The person at the counter was patient and helped with using EBT to pay. There is also a self service ordering kiosk which is convenient. The dining room is large and clean.

Stopped by to grab some breakfast, this has been the second time that I have driven through the drive through with the automated message asking if I wanted to order through the app. I ordered my food but I got no response from anyone.

I then drove up to the window and saw a worker inside but was ignored. I tried driving to the front, I saw the “OPEN” sign on and drove through the drive through one more time and again I heard the automated message and no response from anyone again.

Since Taco Bell doesn’t want my money I went inside and ordered from Subway instead. Thanks for ignoring me Taco Bell .

Seriously, if 0 stars was an option, that’s what I would give this location (Ave. 12). We have gone to this location multiple times. Obviously, it’s not a bad day for them when it happens repeatedly. I’m sick of wasting money when they can’t be considerate enough to make the food as if someone is going to eat it and are expecting for there to actually be food inside the products ordered. Stop throwing everything in the bag. Tacos shouldn’t be buried under heavy items. This isn’t a busy location, yet they can never get your order right or treat it right. We ordered extra chicken in the burrito and didn’t get it, there should have been rice and sour cream in the crunchy gordita crunch because we added it and again didn’t get it, tacos should not be that severely broken, a crunch wrap supreme shouldn’t be so thin. It’s not that hard, especially when there are no other customers. Geez…I wonder why this location is never busy? WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! Unless of course you enjoy being disappointed, having to fix what they messed up/broke to the best of your abilities, and enjoy still being hungry after spending too much money on wrongly made/broken items. It would be nice for my other half to get off of work and be able to treat us, but with this location, it’s never a treat.

She was kind, helpful, and genuinely respectful. It’s rare to see that kind of attitude these days, and it really made our visit better. Only one suggestion to make it any better while placing your order, for us older generation peeps who aren’t that savvy with the computer screen to place our orders, you might want to have a FINISH & PAY for us to tap on AT ANY TIME (when we’re done with choosing our items) instead of the way you have it. I was trying to end the order to pay and it just digested something else to order. Lol to me, simple is better.

Bad customer service… I went in with my kids, straight to check the menu. Nobody was at the registers but I saw workers from the kitchen/drive thru area saw me there waiting. Nobody came. So because my kids wanted Taco Bell I went ahead and started ordering through the screens they have there Like 5 minutes later a man came in and right away someone from the back came to get his order. I don’t know how they choose who to serve but I will definitely won’t be coming back here. To me customer service is as important as the quality of the food of a restaurant, even the “fast food” ones. Next time will be Subway, which is located right inside the E-Z store or I saw another Taco Bell like 2 miles towards N 99, hopefully that one’s better.

To bad I can’t rate it a negative star. Went to order some burritos and I told them without a certain item in them and they did not mark which burrito was special. And they parked us where there were no other car behind us. Extremely lazy employee was seen vaping outside the window before giving us our food.
