Ok, so I had not been to Arby’s in a while,and thought I’d give them another try. For some reason it has changed alot. Me and my fiance go about the same time every couple days now. We have not waited more than 5-8 minutes, and our food is hot and ready. I love getting the big roast beef sandwichs, and my fiance loves to get the fish sandwich. Now I don’t know how the drive-thru does but I know inside the meals are done quick. The sanitation grade for this store is a 99.5, most restaurants here in town are in the low nineties. And when we’ve been it’s always really clean. So YES , I gave them all 5 stars, because this store deserves it right now. Thank you to management and the staff there for such a great restaurant. Oh! , One more thing, we always ring the Bell when leaving.

The Cashier at 7pm on sunday January 17th, was a strange rude one. We stood at the counter for several minutes, waiting for her to clock in on her register (we assumed she was doing that)
After Several minutes, she finally raised her head, looked at me and said
“You’re set” !!!
I assumed that she was using some type of slang for “hello, welcome to Arby’s, may I take your order”
Arby’s is officially “trash” in my mind.
After waiting 10-15 minutes for our order, and receiving it Luke warm, to cold in temperature, I’m done with them.

Such a disappointment. We got Arby’s sandwiches and milkshakes. While the milkshakes were good the sandwiches were terrible. Dry and flavorless. It was if they were old and had been microwaved, even though we were there right during the lunch hour. The worst was when we left the parking lot – there is a huge, deep hole from lot to street. Sadly we will mark this off our list.

I ordered the Greek Gyro meal and asked for extra onions only because the last time I ordered the same meal, they didn’t put any onions on it at all. So, I don’t know if they were trying to funny or not but instead of extra onions, they gave me ONE. A customer should not have to pull out and open their food at the window of the drive through just to make sure the employees do their jobs. That was my last time eating at that location. They seem to be out of their Arby’s sauce constantly, overcook the food, or prepare it incorrectly. Next time, I’ll just drive to Rocky Mount or Greenville location.

Third chance I’ve given them in 6 months. Once again they are out of stock in roast beef, chicken, and 80% of the items on the menu . I tried the jalapeño poppers and I promise they weren’t worth the 15 minute wait.

Easily one of the worst fast food restraunts I’ve been to. Arby’s is good! This one is not. Service was slow, waiting 20 minutes for a simple carry out double roast beef (they didnt even give me a double). People in there were so slow, honestly didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. Food was okay, I guess, but was already soured by the long wait. Do not recommend.

Was pulled up with no cars behind me, not told what I was waiting on, or how long it would be, been 20+ minutes and still waiting now they’ve pulled another car up behind me. That person has just got their food. I returned to the window and they told me my order had a mistake and they’d have recook my order (i had a plain crispy chicken sandwhich order. Literally two pieces of bread with a piece of chicken in the middle). Told them to refund my order. Was not given an apology or acknowledgement that i had waited for 20 minutes for nothing. Location already barely gets any business and they just lost mine for good. Last overpriced meal they’ll ever see paid from my pocket.

Quick bite to eat lunch. Fairly busy which is a good sign. Atmosphere was nice and fairly clean for fast food. One thing did become noticable was you definitely know you order as multiple customers return to the counter including myself as items are forgotten.
