The past three times that I’ve gone to Taco Bell, everyone that I bought food for complained that there wasn’t any meat in the tacos, and the churros tasted like chemicals. Customer service depends on who’s at the window.

Waited 20 minutes for our food, it wasn’t even made correctly. I asked for no jalapeno sauce on my quesadilla and it was on my quesadilla. I ordered a supreme taco and didn’t get the sour cream or tomatoes. I also ordered a side of nacho cheese and didn’t get that either. There was no ice in the soft drink machine. Poorly run establishment.

After waiting over 20 minutes for food which didn’t arrive in the queue is what they said. They then threw our food together. Handed it to us. Apologized then when we got home this is what my Mexican pizza looked like. Never, ever going to this Taco Bell again. I also watched many of the employees stand around with their arms folded.Not doing anything looking at us.Wondering why we were sitting in the lobby. There were two other young men who looked completely aggravated and I believe they were waiting on their food for a while also.

Unfortunately, this place is the worst customer service I’ve had ever anywhere. On my last visit, I asked for sauce twice (no big deal I dont mind being patient and asking 4x, people are human and forget things) the worker rolled his eyes, slammed the window, and was clearly annoyed. The food has been consistently sloppy and poorly cooked, hair in the food this last time. In the past, (few months) I’ve also heard employees cussing in the back, and when they first opened, staff made fun of an elementary-age kids name that was with me laughing and talking about their name right in front of us. That was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional. We won’t be returning. Each time I’ve gone here is in late evening its been consistently terrible customer service and the orders never right. I thought it may have been an off day but the bad seevice has been consistent.

There’s no interaction with the employees like they’re used to be. You use this kiosk which I feel is a pain. The tacos, burritos are show small for what the price you pay. The ingredients, if you want sour cream or any additive on your burrito or your tacos , you need to stand right there and make sure they put it on it. I got a burrito supreme and the last bite at the end of the burrito had a little bit of sour cream.They don’t make them like they used to. My whole family used to go to taco bell, i don’t suggest you waste your money.It’s just not like it used to be. Paymore get last!!!

Stopped on my way out of town because I hadn’t eaten anything yet for the day. I ordered the Discovery Luxe Box, which comes with a medium drink, Crispy Chicken Avocado Ranch Burrito, Nachos Cheese Doritos Loco Taco, Beefy Crunchy Taco, and Cinnamon Twists.
What I received was a medium drink, a tortilla with 2 pieces of crispy chicken and some sauce, a very stale Nacho Cheese Doritos Loco taco shell with maybe 4 Tbls of “meat” with a little cheese, a very stale “crunchy” taco shell with again maybe 4 Tbls of “meat” and some cheese, and cinnamon twists. There weren’t any signs posted, nor was I told when I ordered or when I got my order that they were out of lettuce. I would have gone elsewhere or ordered something different had I been informed. Do better, Taco Bell!!

Don’t come here unless you want to waste your time. Mangers need to do their job and keep them from goofing off. 45 minutes for online orders, and drive through to be servers first. This place sucks don’t come here.

I went thou drive thou at 11:24 pm spent $28.00, got home to find no sauces or napkins. I called got Dominic and after telling him my complaint, he got the boss on the other phone, I heard him talking to him. He hung up on me. How rude! I hoped it was An accident. No, I called back and they did not answer the phone. So I tried 6 more times. No answer!

Had great experience until the last month. Just cold and smaller portions than before like the veggie fiesta in the pic. Lots of tortilla. But. Ya. I went in they offered to remake it but informed me that was the way they are so I declined but, I feel like it’s still wrong.
