I was there for my first visit on 12/16/25. I am really glad I stopped here. Beautiful clean restaurant! The staff working was great and they were friendly helping me out with the menu. The food came out quick and was hot and fresh. I got the cheesesteak sub combo. Wow was the sandwich ever good and the fries were hot! I would definitely return here again when in the area!

Absolutely loved the Nashville Hot Sub! It was packed with flavor and had the perfect kick. The restaurant has a warm, friendly vibe, making it a great spot for kids and families. Maybe I don’t actually like “Philly cheesesteaks”, because these were extraordinarily mediocre. Got the spicy cheesesteak, the heat is laughable and the large seemed like a regular size. I also bought the tots, wow, not good. Way too mushy in the middle and flavorless.

Cheesesteak hoagie was good ( I personally would recommend getting roll toasted). I seems there us even less and lass steak?French fries were good but a little soggy should have been cooked a little more. Soft drinks were good too. The female employee isn’t very friendly .

There is nothing original or authentic about these cheesesteaks! The way they make the food is certainly NOT the way Philly would make it. They put cheese wiz inside the cheesesteak and mixed it. Wiz is not mixed inside of cheesesteaks. There was no mayonnaise (maybe they forgot) and the onions and sweet peppers were sparse. Their large cheesteaks are actually small compared to REAL Philly cheesesteaks. How do I know? Because my husband is from Philly and I’ve had plenty over the course of my 26 years of marriage. Lastly, I asked the “owner” where was he from in Philly. Guess what? He is not from Philadelphia! Go figure! He said, “Cheesesteak from Philly, I not from Philly”. We tasted the cheesesteak and then gave the rest to our German Shepherd and miniature pincher and Chihuahua mix.

First. Place is new. The customer service was great very courteous young lady took my order that’s a plus service for me is EVERYTHING. I ordered a chicken cheese steak with everything and Onion rings it was hot packed everything was chopped up together. It was a little dry not a lot of mayo or grease lol, but that’s a small thing and that’s healthier. The place is cute neat and clean!!!marble tables. 2 people an employee and later a manager checked to make sure everything was fine soooo Impressive! Morale among employers was good things were being done I was watching. Keep up the good work. Customer Service is key. I’ll be back to try the meatball sub. Oh the onion rings were very good!

Cheesesteak hoagie was not that great. For a shaved ribeye steak I expected more flavor. It did not really taste like steak. Was a bit dry & I got it with everything. No friendly greeting just staring at me — this is why I prefer cooking my own meals at home. I just happened to be out & about & wanted something quick to eat. Glad I got a small instead of large.

I got the original. My sub was overflowing with meat. The bread was soft and the meat tender. Loved the whizz! The music was playing today, and I didn’t have to wait too long for my order. Everyone was friendly. I will be back for sure. Try the loaded fries!!!!
