I would advise against spending your money here. Service was less than desirable. I ask to order a pizza with 1/4 meat and 3/4 cheese and was told they don’t know how to do that. The manager happen to walk by who said the same thing. I asked “you mean you can’t walk over to them and ask to just scoot the meat over a little bit. I was told no they would not understand how to do that. I even told them I didn’t care if I had to pay the full price. I ended up ordering a whole cheese to make sure I fed my wife and daughter and i could hear them talking about me while i was waiting for it. I must say this was unfortunate because the taste is actually pretty good. They really don’t care about anything but getting your money.

We just wanted a double pepperoni pizza. Simple enough. Paisanos had a 3 meat pizza on the menu for $30 which is already double the price of most places, but they refused to let me adjust toppings ordering in person. Instead it would be 36 for the single pizza. If you want to combine quality and price versus convenience, just order delivery. You will be happier for it.

Like other reviews said, gas station pizza for Five dining prices. Do yourself favor and eat outside the resort if you can venture out.
The service was equally rude with people seeming miserable working here. When I asked if I can get a whole pesto pizza she said no. and if you don’t know what you want come back

Overall Rating: 2.8/10
While the location within the Gaylord’s resort offers an impressive dining environment, the actual service and food quality do not live up to the scenic surroundings.

Atmosphere: 9.2/10
The restaurant benefits from its stunning location within the Gaylord’s resort, boasting clean, spacious interiors that create an amazing dining experience. The ambiance is well-suited for a high-end resort setting, adding significant value to the atmosphere.

Service: 4.9/10
Service was minimal, primarily limited to order taking, with no additional engagement needed. While the staff maintained clean tables and provided quick service, their demeanor was noted as nice but lacking in friendliness, which could have enhanced the dining experience.

Food:

Cheese Pizza Slice: 2.9/10
The cheese pizza, priced at $6, did not meet expectations in terms of flavor. While the slice was crispy and of decent size, indicating good initial quality, the taste was disappointingly bland. The sauce failed to stand out, overshadowed by an unappealing blend of bland oil and cheese flavors, making the cost feel unjustified.

Value 2.2/10
Given the location and the quality of the surroundings, the expectations for food quality were higher. The pizza, although served in a premium environment, did not deliver on taste and was not seen as good value for money, especially considering the price point.

very greasy tasteless gas station pizza, 30 bux for four slices of pizza and two drinks, not what you’re expecting out of an upscale resort setting. Cashier was on phone as he took our order and not real helpful about process. People slicing pizza were nice.

Total scam. They were about to close and they couldn’t do a whole pie because they “needed to save pizza” first of all who are you saving it for since you’re about to close. When they found out we are 4 they wanted to make us buy 4 combo meals which would’ve been triple the price. The pizza looked burnt and stale. Save your time and go next door.

The pizza is good, but you’ll pay for it!
A large pepperoni pizza, 3 fountain drinks $42. Before tip request.
Psst, you have to go around to the back of the restaurant to a pick up window for your pizza ‍♀️
I will get another one next time too, the atmosphere, the good fresh food, it’s pricey, but it’s a tradition on year three next year!

The salad and mushrooms on the pizza tasted so fresh. My jerseyan spouse says not quite as good as Jersey pizza but I disagree. Pizza was fresh, made to order and came out relatively quick. They also sell by the slice. I would recommend it if you are in the mood for pizza!

I love the ample seating if you are willing to walk further from the pizzeria.

Would only give us 3 plates for 5 slices of pizza. Gave us the worst crusts off the pizzas. Toppings only in the middle. Burnt crusts. In opry land which is beautiful
