Always my go to Chinese food. The food is always well prepared, looks great and the best tasting I’ve had here in Troy. The delivery is always on time or early …

The WORST Chinese food I ever had! Hot and spicy chicken, was sweet not hot & spicy, and had 2 tiny pieces of chicken and was told that’s normal. Missing 1 item and egg roll was so soggy it was limp! When I called the “manager” was rude told me “that’s how we make food”

We’ve ordered from here many times for their family dinners. It’s not the best Chinese in the area but it was a good deal and close by. We’ve always gotten the white rice included with the dinner but tonight I selected the shrimp lo mein for $3 extra. They then called me and said they’d have to check with the chef about switching the rice for the lo mein. Confusing considering it was an option given through their ordering platform on their website. I was hung up on while on hold and when I called back I spoke with someone else. They said my order total was higher than it said when I checked out. When I questioned that, they said the shrimp lo mein was extra and I clarified I had already paid $3 extra based on that selection when ordering. If it should have been more, they should have updated their prices online. They charged the extra amount to my card anyway although I would not have switched the rice for any more than the $3. Sometimes I ask them to include the free egg roll from their coupon, depending on if my daughter wants one or not. Tonight I did but I received another phone call to inform me they would not be including the free egg roll. I’m assuming I upset them by not just accepting the price discrepancy, to penalize with a $2 egg roll is quite sad though. Ordered prior to 5:15 on a Tuesday and didn’t receive our food until 6:45. I’m very disappointed in how we were dealt with as customers tonight and just the experience overall, Hao Wei has lost our business.

I’ll give this a 5 because I think it deserves at least a 4. They’re out on the front lines delivering when not many Chinese places are. It got here within an hour, food is solid, cooked perfectly, huge portions, they even threw in a free 2 liter. General Tso (Dragon and Phoenix) especially, among the best I’ve had. Sweet with just a hint of spice. I dislike that they make you sign the receipt even when paying online (are they disinfecting the pen regularly?), but that is my only complaint. Hope to visit the restaurant someday. It’s a gem hidden in plain sight, try it out next time you get a craving.

This place right here is a hard review but here we go .Customer service at this location leaves a bad taste in my mouth so be ready. Not friendly and my clients orders are never ready and I feel im treated as if im the problem. Despite the bad I do get consistent requests from this location. So there has to be somthing good about it I’m not seeing or tasting i guess. I personally will never know ‍♂️.

Ordered food from here against my better judgment. Wanted to give them a second chance even though I didn’t like the food last time.
This time, it was ready very quick but cooked very poorly. Ordered sesame chicken & general Tsos and both were so over cooked, hard, and dry, it hurt trying to eat them. The boneless spare ribs were also very dry, and the sauce on them tasted bland, just like oil. Pork fried dumplings, which I get from every Chinese place every time I order, were the worst ones I’ve ever had. They had very little meat, way too much wrapper and some were chewy and falling apart, others were burnt.
They put very little effort into the food, and it shows. I will not be coming back— and for locals I recommend Lucky Corner which is nearby and has much better quality food and service.

Very good food. The spare rib tips were delicious will definitely come back again just for those. The food wasn’t oily or greasy which was refreshing to see. Would recommend! Try the pork lo mein and bbq spare rib tips:)

I got the general tso’s and there was literally no chicken in it. It was just the fried breading, I didn’t see/taste one single piece of actual meat in the meal. Disgusting and shameful, never again.
