It’s been three years since I’ve been here, but I think this review is worth sharing. I’ve been here many times. Every single time I asked for something to be modified, they got the order completely wrong. I felt as though the kitchen had to be doing this on purpose, to send a message “Don’t special order anything!” I will not be coming back here ever again.

Stopped in for lunch with some coworkers. They have a great menu with lots of options. I think there was around a dozen different salads. I had the cobb and it was great. It took longer than expected to get our food but it was very good. Good service too. I had hoped to get some beer to take home from the brewery across the street but it doesn’t open until later afternoon. Hopefully the timing will work next time I’m in town because I’d really like to try their scotch ale.

Excellent Southwest salad. Enjoyed lunch there on a Thursday at noon. Good, friendly service. I’ve eaten there fo dinner as well. Would recommend for family, friends, couples and small groups. My friend had been to a rehearsal dinner there and was impressed with their food. Noticed every type of person you would expect to see in a small town setting, so it is popular with the locals.

Eat here! This place is fantastic!! Perfectly prepared delicious food (we had the salmon wedge salad and beer cheese soup) and the Taylor Field Session IPA and Hale to the Chief American IPA are amazing. Sam waited on us and couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive and knowledgeable of the product. Whoever rated this lower than a 5 star must be touched or they walked in the barber shop across the street.

I ate here about three weeks ago with some friends. The seating area was a fun sports bar setting and very clean and new. Unfortunately, that was about the only good thing of the experience.
The service was very slow because they apparently had one cook (who was also bartending) and one waitress. It seems they were caught off guard by the traffic because there were at least 20 people trying to eat and drink there. I remember people in my group commenting on how a couple had been seated 30 minutes ago, but still had not had their drink orders taken.
By the time we were leaving a few more waitresses and I think another cook had arrived. But, that was after we had been sitting there for an hour and 45 minutes (much, much too long).
The food was decent, but the portions were too small and the prices were way too high. They have several specialty burgers and I remember realizing that the only difference between two of these specialties was that one was $2 more and the cheese was colby jack instead of american. What a rip off.
The food tasted pretty good, but everyone in my group was put off by the tiny portions and ridiculous price. I think we paid about $40 for two dinners. I would not recommend this place and I highly doubt I’ll give them a try again for a long while…

So I was unsure about this place because I was worried it was going to be a little too uptight, a little too “golfy” but, even if maybe it is a kinda safe bar/restaurant, it was irrelevant because the bartender was genuinely friendly and generous. We stayed longer than we planned and I will absolutely be back. I just moved here from NC, so these good impressions are especially monumental for my lonesome self.
