Ordered in drive through a sandwich and fries. Pull up to get food and was told to pull to 3rd window as they were waiting on fries, and would be 2-3 min. Pulled up at 12:57 and at 1:05 finally got my food. Fries should have been upgraded for free since I had to wait, and because the small was not even filled up. This is pathetic to pay over $2 for a small fry and this is what got get!! Absolutely ridiculous!! Must have some sort of shortage on fries, as I cannot understand why you would not want to make sure they are stuffed in there, or since you make people wait, then why not give them a medium or large fry for making your customers wait!!

They use the same mop for the kitchen & the lobby + bathrooms. This means that when you walk in, the floor is so greasy you’re slipping and sliding all over the floor. It also means they’re mopping in the kitchen with a mop covered in whatever was on the bathroom floors. Sure, they probably change the mop water, but that’s not going to get all of the bacteria off of that mop. It certainly doesn’t get all of the grease off the mop. I wonder how long it will be before someone slips & falls or gets e. coli here.

Ordered a pancake breakfast today and they completely forgot my pancakes and only gave me a sausage patty and a biscuit. Then yesterday they forgot a breakfast sandwich too. They seem to be forgetting stuff a lot here lately and I don’t understand and it’s frustrating.

I ordered 3 Breakfast burritos and a big breakfast meal with 2 Sausage patties, a biscuit, eggs and a hasbrown, had to ask for my drink and got home was ready to dig in to find out they robbed me of my money, got my burritos but the gave me 1 sausage like a quarter of an egg and 2 pancakes.

We are consistently told they are out of apple pies and I’ve made several complaints on the McD’s website. Their owner rep has comp’ed us pies that we paid for in the app. Now we get this as an apple pie. All about profit at this store in Tipton, IN!

They rarely, if ever get an order right. They act like they hate the customers & take forever; even if you are the only car there and ordered ahead on the app. When you’ve had to take your order back on the 5th trip in a row they are still rude to you. Do not recommend unless you have no tiene choices.

The lack of customer service is draining sometimes. I always try to be friendly and I dont complain when something is wrong every single time I go because things happen and they’ll just be rude again. My last visit I was asked to go to the third window I said that’s fine thank you and when I thanked the girl for handing me my food she moved her mouth but didnt say a word and looked up and away from me. Forget the smile I get that’s asking too much but you cant even say you’re welcome or have a good day? I used to be very regular but I really try to avoid going unless I have a strong craving for a soggy unseasoned bigmac.
