Great atmosphere, really good food, and super sweet staff. I love coming here on Sundays because it’s never too busy and the food is always fresh and tasty. My personal favorite is the chicken crepe or the chile verde skillet, but my boyfriend loves el Benny. As a gluten intolerant the staff has never had issues accommodating him. I had the michelada today and the fresh juice and both were SO good. Our waitress, Bailey, was super sweet and attentive. Will be returning and so glad we have a great new spot in Maize.

Wow! Great, friendly service. Affordable prices, clean & modern cafe. Got my usual eggs Benedict & loved the thin cut ham, the soft English muffin & the extra crispy hash browns w the side of buttered toast. Jay was a great server. Would definitely return to try the other menu items.

Great new place in Maize Kansas.
Had 2 two eggs over easy with bacon and French toast on the side.
Scrumptious! Great wait staff!
Second visit, had The Sammy, scrambled eggs with sausage and cheese on toasted buttered sourdough bread..very good. We were a large group 12 total. Strawberry Crepes looked delicious.

Girl with the piercings is nice and got me jalepeno sauce when my usual server Ruby was busy. Ruby also is a G at serving, but one time she said I was to quiet and couldn’t hear me when I talked to her… very unfortunate maybe hearing aids idk. The manager she always so nice and friendly and comes up to me and says hi how are you doing and asks if I need anything all the time.

Clean upbeat atmosphere with a menu to please everyone. I had the veggie omelet which had fresh vegetables (not frozen) and it was delicious! The favorite at the table was the chicken fried steak. The Benny’s with turkey and avocado were good as well.

Great service and food. Even though it was a busy day, we received our food within a timely manner. Everything was amazing. I would definitely recommend the chilaquiles verdez. I also loved that the workers made the hispanic guests feel welcomed and spoke to them in Spanish. it felt very inclusive as a Hispanic women that usually feels outcasted on this side of town. I would definitely be returning

Crowded and loud, we ended up at a cafeteria style table right between two families so not the best locale for catching up with an old friend. But we did go at peak brunch time so that’s on us. The food was simple and good – my veggie omelette was big and filling and the prices were not bad at all. Clean with good service. Our server was sweet and helpful. Would go back when it’s not so crowded. Not a lot of gluten free options and they weren’t marked on the menu.

Ordered takeout at relatively new location(North Maize Rd). First visit to any Easy Egg. Pickup time was pushed back 10 minutes immediately after ordering. Showed up five minutes early(order was waiting) two minute drive home, everything was cold. I had Politely requested light pancakes(unburned), they were burned and one order of pancakes missing. Biscuits for biscuits and gravy were hard, cold and dry. Pancakes tasted like waffle batter. I have had much better continental breakfasts in an average hotel. I do not generally write reviews unless it’s the best food we’ve had, or the worst. Could not critique the other service or atmosphere because it was takeout. App was easy to download and immediately use.
