I just ordered a regular BLT and I really like the lettuce so I put extra lettuce when ordering. Once I picked up my order they put ZERO lettuce on my sandwich. A BLT is literally bacon, LETTUCE, and tomato. So considering they left out a whole main ingredient, that is pretty frustrating.

I was in on 8/16/25 around 9pm and the associate named Kaytlyn was EXTREMELY disrespectful. You can tell she is just annoyed we came in so she couldn’t sit around and waste time. this is not the first time. Not only does she have zero respect for the customer, she ignored my request multiple times to put honey mustard and AFTER she ignored me and put yellow mustard on it i said i actually wanted honey mustard and she ignores me and wraps it up anyway, and says “well what do you want me to do it’s already been made soo.” she then yells to the back for another associate to come to the front because i was going to give her “issues” over mustard. this was after she was giving constant attitude the whole entire interaction but I was nice up until she was complaining about me to her coworker very obviously annoyed. I then just said “I’m sorry you’re having a bad night and that doesn’t mean you can take it out on me. I requested it multiple times and you’ve had a bad attitude this whole time.” Not one ounce of kindness or customer service skills. I’m surprised this lady even works in the front. If she didn’t want to be near customers put her in the back. I am a one of the managers of a retail store, I know exactly what customer service is supposed to look like and that wasn’t even close.

Subway’s a great place to eat. This Subway is no different the staff are friendly they are sandwich artists. The food is always fresh. The location is nice. However the last time I was at this restaurant. I took to go so I didn’t realize till it was my fault. When I called and told him that it was messed up they told me I had to bring it all the way back there. So I just kept the sandwich

Bread was burnt, stale, and black on ends. We were the only people in the establishment yet the place looked unkempt and dirty. The two gentleman who were working were in the back. They were quiet and uninterested in customer service. When we were done purchasing our food, they both returned to the back out of sight where they remained until we left. Unfortunately we will not be back to this establishment to spend money when we can get a better experience elsewhere.

We had a cold cut combo and split it. Not my fav, but my wife wanted it. Definitely better toasted, but ingredients were fresh and the bread not days old, which can sometimes be a problem at Subway. Cheap lunch and quick!

Great experience! We were in town for a tournament – found the location easily, staff was super nice, menu was a typical Subway variety, and the inside was clean. Definitely recommend for a quick meal or to-go. I have to compliment the female staff member who said she was from TX after reading my shirt, she made conversation during the order and was so friendly. Excellent team member who added to a customer’s experience.
