Restaurant was dirtyyyy, no drinks, trash behind the counter and trash can full and overflowing. Only 1 man working the front n told us they couldn’t make half the stuff on the menu with no explanation and even the basic item they could make like crab would take about 40 mins. So we thought we were coming for good food but got stuck with a basic meal and long wait. Restaurant was very understaffed. All together this place has gone down hill the owner does not care about it anymore n u can see it in the building and service. Food was good but the fries weren’t seasoned and pale. Don’t waste your time coming here unless u looking for basic menu items and a 40 minute wait.. its not the same experience as some years ago when they first opened it feel like a run down Louisiana now. Smh.

I was quite disappointed after this place was highly recommended. It wasn’t so much of the good I was disappointed in, but the service was poor. The person that took my order never acknowledged me, even after I received my order I told him to have a good day and he said nothing. The food was mediocre. I spent $50 on my meal only to receive bad service and a meal that was mediocre. I will not be returning, hopefully they can hire people that are customer friendly.

This is the second time I have tried to try this place in like two months and the first time they didn’t have crab and now I am here and they don’t fried crab. Not to mention it smells like Marijuana when I walked in not even food. My aunt has told me that they are inconsistent but the food is good when they have food but I thought she was joking. The joke is on me though. I want to point out the name of the restaurant is “KRAB” queens with no crab but maybe the K should have told me all I needed to know.

Well seasoned but overcooked seafood isn’t pleasant. My gumbo was nothing but rice really no shrimp no vegetables etc. They didn’t haven’t alot of things. Don’t think I want to return.

My gf brought me here randomly. I had the shrimp PoBoy which was fine. My gf had the boil shrimp corn potatoes etc. The atmosphere was what you would expect from a mom and pop store. Just really wish they could do something with all the flies they had flying around. The young lady at the front was extremely nice and helpful.

Great place of fresh seafood, and they accept EBT, win win if you ask me!!! The shrimp was deliciously fresh and crispy and so were the french fries equally fresh and crispy. Along with that delicious side of spread went well with the dish.

Food and service was good here much better than the downtown location.. They don’t have a liquor license yet so they didn’t have any DRANK!. Once they serve alcohol it will be a 5 star spot. Will definitely be back.
