This bakery has a tendency to take your order and then the day you pick it up they either forgot about it or lost your order. It has happened to my family twice. This cake is suppose to be a tres leche cake with peach. It was so dry. They made the cake on the spot when arrived because no one could find my order. Horrible purchase.

I ordered a menudo via Uber eats, and a pineapple agua fresca and I understood when they replaced my agua fresca. But no straw or spoon! I’m from out of town and I specifically added to include utensils.the menudo was good just needed a little salt. Do better!! I had a fork in my bag and that’s what I used to eat my menudo.

The food is great. My problem is the customer service when they got a delivery wrong. I ordered nachos. They were delivered w/o the queso. The only option I was given was to come get it myself now or on a later date. I ordered and paid for delivery because I did not want to go out. And in my humble opinion nachos w/o queso aren’t nachos! I feel that it was their mistake, so they should have found a way to fix it. They dropped the customer service ball on this one!
