Our food is always delicious and hot, they always load the bowls up with a lot of food. I can never eat it all and have plenty left for lunch the day after. The employees are always friendly. They always get our orders right. The facility is always clean.

I was initially hesitant to share my review, but after learning that others have had a similar experience, I felt compelled to do so. Credit should be given where it is due, and I must commend the two ladies who typically work the night shift at this Hothead Burritos location. One appears to be a teenager, while the other may be her mother, and they exude a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In fact, they are the primary reason I, and several acquaintances, continue to return to this establishment. They consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service, taking the time to prepare our meals exactly as requested. I have observed them treating every patron, regardless of age, with kindness and respect while dining in the establishment. Conversely, during my occasional lunchtime visits, I have noticed that one lady seems to be handling all the responsibilities. She emerges from the back to prepare food and then returns to her tasks. Meanwhile, another lady, who appears to be the supervisor, remains at a metal table in the back, alerting the other lady to the presence of a customer, despite the door alert system. I find it perplexing that the supervisor does not assist with customer service, especially considering the establishment seems to operate with a lean staff. It raises questions about the importance of her tasks at the table and whether they supersede the need to provide prompt customer service. I highly recommend the food at this location, but I must emphasize that the exceptional service is primarily provided by the night shift staff. I hope the owner acknowledges their contributions to the establishment’s returning customer base.

I’m in town for training these last few weeks and wanted to try out some new food that we don’t have back home and I am very pleased with the service, hospitality, and food that Mrs Carrie and Beckie served up here at the new castle IN location. They both were very personable and walked me through the entire menu and let me know about all the good stuff they had! If you’re in town make sure you stop in to try this food out, you won’t be disappointed!! Thank you again Carrie and Beckie!
