Blake’s never misses (at least this location never does) when it comes to breakfast burritos! I had the bacon and green chile with two eggs, crispy hash browns, melted cheese, and that signature green chile sauce—absolutely perfect. The bacon was cooked just right, the chile had the perfect kick, and the whole burrito was hearty without being too heavy. Definitely my go-to order to start the day.

I used to love this location, but the last 10 times I’ve ordered from here, my breakfast burrito has been soggy. The tortilla can be rolled into a ball of dough. Its disgusting. I can tell they pre made the burrito. I even ask for it to be made fresh and it is still soggy. I am not sure if they switched to cheap tortillas, but it is not good.

This was the best looking/tasting burger I have experienced at Blake’s in quite a while. The vegetables were fresh, lettuce was bright green, crispy tomatoes and onions. It had several pickles and the bread was fresh and didn’t fall apart when you picked it up. Although the staff could be friendlier and smile, the building was a little dirty and the restrooms needed cleaning, it was a great meal and I will be sure to come back.

I will change this review if the situation improves but, I go out of my way to come to this location. It was one of the most consistent best Blake’s in ABQ. But, something has happened in the past couple months, either they lost someone or they hired someone or something else but, I went from perfect orders 20 in a row to the last 5 orders always come out wrong and had to be remade.
I don’t understand what happened. Maybe it’s understaffed or what.

This was my second attempt to get food from this location; second experience was just as bad as the first unfortunately. Waited 45 for my family’s order, and when received the order after the long wait time; nothing about it was warm or fresh! Fries were super soggy, and the burgers were so cold they had to be microwaved when I got home, which is 5 minutes from this location. No sure if more employees need to be hired, new management or just over all new training needs to take place, but something needs to happen. You have a chick-fil-A pretty much right next door who is twice as busy who has everyone in and out in about 10 minutes max. So maybe a different style or methods should be looked at for Lotaburger. Whatever the cade may be, hopefully this location gets it act together. Still a Lotaburger fan, just not this location.

My partner picked me up a burrito yesterday morning, and it was a let down. The hash browns were burned and tasted dry like they have been out for a while. The burrito overall was really salty and not good.
