Update: ordered a chili cheese dog and did not care for the weiner. It was very tough — hard to bite through and hard to cut. Do not recommend.
Update: good food, no mistakes on the food. However, there was a mistake on the bill. I ordered a medium chicken sandwich combo plus 2 corn dogs and a large onion rings. There is a $1.33 difference between medium tots and large onion rings but if you add the onion rings to the combo, there is a $0.80 charge.
Looks like it saves money to do it this way, which is what I believe was the cashier’s intent. However, the cashier failed to take into consideration the difference in price between the medium combo and the large combo. This increase in cost was more than the savings, which means I paid more than if the cashier had just left it alone.
The amount was not enough to contact the manager and the only reason I am saying anything about it is so you are aware and can watch for bill manipulation.
Update: one mistake – I requested no tomatoes and had to pick them off. Otherwise, the chicken sandwich and onion rings were very tasty.

Ordered 3 Large Strawberry Limeades.. I got a ton of ice; about 85% ice (not asked for by the way), little to NO strawberries to the point that the drink at the top near the lid looked only like sprite (it’s normally pink because of the strawberries), and absolutely NO limes. I waited til the ice melted to see if perhaps all of the fruit fell to the bottom, but no, this is all I got (see pic). Not to mention, once the carhopper gave me my last drink, I THANKED her, and she responded with “yeah.” What kind of customer service is that?? I’m not asking for a red carpet type of treatment, but if the customer service is going out the window, AT LEAST have the orders correct.

The worst quality of workers. They are unprofessional, rude, and on top of all that, no matter what you order, they will have you waiting minimum 5 minutes to even order from the call boxes.
I wish this location would be taken off of DoorDash because that is the only reason why I went there. Over the past few years I’ve learned that if i am ever in the mood to have sonic; it’s worth driving a few extra minutes to a different location so I don’t have to deal with that kind of behavior from the employees.

I have purchased food here 3 times, every time, (drive through) everyone is friendly and goes the extra mile as well as correct orders… But last night was a bit different and extra special so I have to give them credit!

Worst sonic ever. The drive thru lady working tonight was super rude when taking our order and the quality of the food turned out to be horrible. This is a picture of my child’s plain hot dog which looks fine versus my foot long. The foot long looks old or overcooked. I will never be going to this location again.

Ok ok. I know it’s just a sonic. Food will be below average but drinks will be good right. Please someone tell me how and why I found this in my shake. I think it’s the end of the whip cream they use. Whoever dropped this in my shake and somehow didn’t notice needs to be retrained. I know we are only human and mistakes happen but come on guys. I know whoever dropped this 100% must have noticed because when they would have pulled the end out it would literally be missing. I have more patience than most people but this is an actual health hazard.
It has been a year since this happened. I have been back maybe a total of 4-5 times. Honestly everyone I have interacted with was nice and the food/drinks I have received have been what you would expect.
