OUR STORY: COOKED UP BY FAMILY & CONTINUED FOR GENERATIONS. Our story began over 15 years ago when we opened our first restaurant named Pepperoni’s. The family-owned and operated restaurant quickly became a success. As we grew and opened new locations, it soon became apparent that our restaurant deserved a name that was just as unique as our delicious recipes, so in 2006 the PieZoni’s™ name and franchise became official. Since then, we have expanded to over 20 locations, but have never lost sight of our values, or where we began. We take pride in the fact that all of our restaurants are locally-owned and operated, which enables us to provide our customers with excellent service. And, we can truly boast that we are a family-owned business.

I have been a diehard customer of this amazing restaurant for the past 10 years of my life. Being a creature of habit, I consistently order the grilled chicken, Caesar salad, pizza, which has never disappointed. The one thing I do recommend is that when you order this either online or over the phone, just ask them to make sure that the chef cuts the pizza well, if not, you will wind up with croutons and Romaine lettuce & chicken everywhere. The pizza chocolate chip cookie is an absolute must. It is like a warm tollhouse cookie that your grandma used to make for you just in the shape of a pizza.

Burned! Just got this gluten free pizza, black on one side. I called and the manager, Danella said that gf pizzas come out ‘ crispy’. Yeah, this is more than just crispy! As you can see even the green peppers and onions are burned. I got a pizza from them about a month ago and it was perfect! She said well, I’ll try and get another one out to you when I get a driver available? What? No quality checks? Try? What happened to customer service? Ugh! This is awful. UPDATE: 3rd picture is the remake, lol.A little better but come on! I guess I won’t be ordering from here again.

They we burnt, dry and tasteless, in all my life never had a French fry that was inedible.. the only think good about this whole experience was the delivery driver… definitely one and done!

I love piezonis but they could be a little more professional sometimes. Tonight for example, i ordered a large sausage and pepperoni pizza. I don’t usually order for delivery but tonight i decided to & i always meet delivery people in the lobby. He called me sounding exhausted TELLING me to meet him in the lobby. Not asking me, telling me. He handed me the wrong pizza and walked away. Piezonis was closed so there was nothing they could do about it. He gave me a mushroom onion pizza. I know whoever got my pizza was probably upset too.

By far the worst low effort sandwich I have ever had. They literally just put buffalo chicken in a roll. No blue cheese, no lettuce, no tomato. Just over cooked buffalo chicken in a bun. Absolutely horrible and a waste of money.

Poezonnies offers quality food, amazing service and a great low key atmosphere. I live and glad they are a neighborhood staple. I had a bad experience on the phone and came in the next day and the manager on duty totally made up for it!!

Disrespectful to directly ignore the requests and notes a customer leaves for a pickup order. I requested my tenders to be seasoned with Piezoni seasoning. They put nothing on the tenders and sent it out the door. My husband hand to go back, and they told him it was a butter, not a seasoning. OKAY AND? I have ordered it this way multiple times and never had an issue, it’s the same seasoning for the bone in wings, not that difficult. Finally, they put less than a capful of the “butter”. The tenders are still plain. Really frustrating service from this location lately and expensive to not be getting what you ask for.
