It is well run. They have their little specialties at competitive value. The fish sashimi size was reasonable. I went during winter season so I was able to get yellow tail which is fattier during this time of year.
The roll flavors were also good. Spicy tuna was good.

I can’t not say this is the best sushi spot in Lakewood. The pieces are always a good size, they are timely, and the servers are really nice. The prices are sensible, despite the happy hour menu not having the deals that it used to have prior to this weird “recession/inflation”, you can still come here and get good value for quality sushi.
And they always have a game on, they have a projector and plenty of TV’s so you won’t miss anything!

There are a lot of sushi snobs out there that won’t give them 5 stars because of quality of sushi, ambiance, etc. But here’s the deal: happy hour prices all day, $2 wine and beer (in fact my wife’s wine was cheaper than my iced tea), great prices, good quality, and deep menu. I hate sushi rolls that are huge. I need something bite size that can be savored in one bit. This place does it.
Is it the best décor? No. Is it super top quality? No. But it’s fresh, the servers take your order and don’t bother you, cheap drinks, and for $50, in today’s economy, you can get a whole lot of sushi. It’s definitely worth going to!

First time coming here and the food was delicious and came out relatively fast. However, our service was pretty slow; we stopped getting services after our food came. Barely anyone was in at the time we came in, however, it did also look like only one person was working so I don’t feel like I can fault the services too much.
Overall, I’d come back again to give this place another go!

Had a reservation but stood around for 10 minutes before anyone greated us, even though it wasn’t very busy. Slow service, definitely mediocre sushi. Prices are affordable, so I guess that’s good? This place came highly recommended from someone, but I won’t be back.
