It’s about time Surf City got a new hot spot for food! Came here last Friday with my wife and the food was absolutely amazing. The waiter was very polite and had great recommendations. It was some of the best curry gravy I have ever had! We will certainly be coming back! Get there early because they may have ran out of naan.

Everything was superb! My husband and I stopped in for lunch and will be back! Our server was very friendly and helpful. Try the calamari for your appetizer! They were perfectly cooked and had a great sauce to go with! The butter chicken was delicious! The garlic naan was amazing and so was the lamb!

My husband and I randomly decided to come here on the last day of our vacation and now we’re mad we didn’t find it sooner. If we had, we 100% would’ve eaten here more than once. It was that good.
We’re big fans of Indian food and have had it all over the world, and this honestly ranks up there with the best. Every dish was flavorful, comforting, and clearly made with care. The spices were perfectly balanced, nothing felt overly heavy, and you could tell they don’t cut corners.
Do yourself a favor and order the condiments, they’re definitely homemade, and they somehow made an already amazing meal even better. Every bite was just layered and delicious.
I really hope this place stays busy and thriving, because we’re already planning to come back next year and we’re bringing friends. Total hidden gem.

Tried this new place in Surf City. Went for the mango lassi and of course had to try some of the food. Kandapura Ghee roast chicken and a side of garlic butter naan made for a great lunch with leftovers. Service was good. The server was more than happy to answer questions and make suggestions. The interior is clean and modern. Overall recommend.

Our family just enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Dehli Darling ! The restaurant is beautiful, and the service was delightful. Our food was beautiful in it’s appearance and preparation. The flavors were so bright and vibrant, and the ingredients were fresh and aromatic. They have sodas unique to India that our teenagers enjoyed very much. The Naan was fresh and delicious, we tried two different types and they were excellent. We highly recommend, that if you enjoy Indian cuisine, or you’d like to try something new, you try Dehli Darling today !

We stopped in from Wilmington to try this restaurant. We got there and they had only a partial menu. They had no house sauce, we ordered from a very limited menu. We had already ordered drinks and placed our order. They bring us buttered Naan and we asked for garlic cilantro and she said they were out of garlic? I ordered the fish only to substituted to shrimp. We left a good tip and will never return.

Stopped by Dehli Darling for lunch. There is nothing like it around and could not wait to try it. I ordered the Old School Murgh Makhani pizza, Chicken Jujeh Kebabs, and Jalepeño Cheese Naan. The pizza was a little disappointing. The description said it had hand pulled masala chicken but it was just chopped chicken breast. It was small and just ok. It tasted like something I could make it home. The chicken kebab had amazing flavor. It was tender and juicy. The portion was very small for the price. It needed more naan and some rice and maybe some kind of sauce. The jalepeno cheese naan was the star. It was fresh and really tasty. Overall the service was friendly, the space was nice, the food was good but fell a little short of expectations. It was good enough to give it another shot though.
