I had an amazing experience here! The customer service was top-tier from the moment I walked in. The staff was super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell they really care about their customers and keeping a positive vibe in the store. My smoothie was made quickly and tasted perfect. Great service like this definitely keeps me coming back. Lovely ladies ! Iveth, Leticia, and Eli were amazing and very friendly. I was super impressed by the outstanding service at Tropical! I recently started working in the same plaza and this Tropical Smoothie has quickly become my go-to lunch spot. The staff is always incredibly kind, welcoming, and efficient. My food is always done fast. I’ve had the chance to meet Eli and Ivette, and they’re both amazing. You can tell they care about what they do and about their customers. Highly recommend this location!

I have to say that this is my absolute favorite Tropical Smoothie locations out of all the ones I have been to!! The staff is extremely friendly! Leticia always has a smile on her face, Rosa is always so welcoming, and Mayerlis is so kind! I absolutely love this tropical smoothie location. I go here at least two to three times a week. Always keeps me back and makes me feel welcome is Leticia and Iveth. Friendly and always welcoming. Good energy to start my day .. Not only that. They have an awesome morning happy hour on smoothies. From like opening into 9am for that morning rush hour. So If you head into 395 be sure to stop in for happy hour before you do.
