Screwed up my order – didn’t honor their own offer to correct it.
They left out my son’s entire meal, but handed me a large bag, drinks, and ice cream, and said “have a good night!” I called as soon as I noticed the missing food, but my other food was getting cold and ice cream was melting, so I was told to come back the next day for a refund, and that they would also replace the meal. They took my name, assured me there would be a note left to inform the daytime staff, and assured me there would be no issue. When I went back at lunchtime today, they had no idea what I was talking about and did not honor that, even when I shared proof of my transaction and call.
I don’t eat at McDonalds often, and despite the convenient location, this was my first and last experience at this one.

I have been to this location four times since they have opened, and every single time either the order has been wrong or the food has been bad. The entire place seems like it is staffed by young Spanish girls and “youths” who do not seem to care or have any responsibilities or people skills, and there is clearly no management or leadership at this location.
It is also one of the new style McDonald where everyone is hidden and you can’t see any people when you are in the building

I went to play the Monopoly game and they didn’t inform me that they were completely out of stock of the Monopoly pieces. I bought $50 worth of product and got 0 promotional pieces. Where is the transparency? What a scam!

I went to place an order and they refused to take my order at the register. The guy said it was for cash customers only yet that have a credit card machine at the register. I have problems reading the big self ordering machines and if I make a mistake no one’s available to help correct the issues. So if you need any help ordering i suggest you go elsewhere. I can’t believe the guy refused to take my order!

Save your time and go to a different location. This place consistently messes up orders and my last visit I was given literally water over a biscuit instead of sausage gravy. I won’t be returning.

Mobile app very helpful with these new locations, due to limited interaction with staff, until they get your order wrong and you have to literally go in the back to get someone’s attention to fix their mistake.
