There is a lady here that TWICE now has been incredibly rude. It is very obvious she hates her job and the customers that come in. The eye rolling and huffing when customers order tells me that. The only saving grace is the young man working with her – who clearly has to apologize to customers for her.

New to town, been here 2 times so far, both were good. But third times a charm I guess, I somehow accidentally dropped half of my foot long sandwich all over the floor. No hesitation they made me another one. They didn’t have to, and I offered to pay for sandwich, which they turned down. Such great hospitality and appreciate the kind people. Thank you.

Didn’t get a chance to get his name but he gave me and my mom a discount “ just because “ a nice gesture. I hope the next time I go back he is there ! There is an older lady named Beth that is super rude! She has zero customers service skills! I asked for extra black olives and she literally put just a pinch of olives I told her again that I would like extra and she put just a more, I told her I would pay extra and she said honey we don’t do that and wrapped up my sandwich…. I only asked for 2 things on my sandwich that shouldn’t have been a problem…. I think it’s time for Beth to retire.

I love coming here. First of all as soon as you enter you’re always greeted, the place is always very clean, and they play the best music. Then the workers are usually the same bunch, they always seem to remember me and they are fast and efficient. I ask for alot of special stuff and they are happy to go out of their way to do it. For example my 3 year old loves meat meatball subs but I used to have to take apart her sandwich to chop her meatballs so she could fit them in her mouth. Well at least 2 sandwich artists know that and they will chop up her meatballs even if I don’t ask them to. They are wonderful, I wish I knew their names!
One man specifically is a younger guy with long dark hair and facial hair, he’s tall and quiet. But he is attentive and very nice. It is appreciated when most fast food restaurants tend to treat customers like a number and this one treats us like friends! thumbs up from me!!
Almost forgot to mention the food is always on point, they do a great job! I literally drive past another subway to get to this one!

I go here several times a month usually when I have the coupons I get sent in the mail. The staff there are always friendly and very hard-working. There have been times where they have had a line of customers during a rush but they work fast and professionally to get the food out and customers.

This location is not the closest to my house but, I’ve had to many bad experiences at my nearest location so, I went out of the way to visit this location and wasn’t disappointed. Very polite and friendly young staff last night (7/14). As a retail manager I give props for the positive energy and costumer services this group displayed! One staff member welcomed us in to the “greatest” subway and based on my overall experience, I’d agree it’s the greatest one I’ve visited. Keep doing what you’re doing!!
