This location WILL NOT cook a chicken breast for you….I went in and ordered for my family. After waiting for 10 minutes, a male employee came and told me that it would take 15-20 minutes for my chicken breast (that I’d ordered 10 minutes ago). I said that was ok. He said “the rest of your order is already done (it was a large order for a family of 4) I still said I’d wait. 15 minutes later he asked again if I’d just like another piece of meat since it will take so long for the breast (I’d already ordered 30 minutes ago, so it should’ve been done by now) I said “it’s ok, I will wait.” I waited another 20 minutes. I was there nearly an hour (they clearly kept forgetting to start frying it or maybe purposely did because they were annoyed? Who knows, they seemed high) for 1 chicken breast, everything else was ice cold. I hadn’t been back since, but tonight was craving a chicken breast so decided to order it via delivery. They sent a thigh instead of a breast (even though a breast costs more). Thighs and wings have barely any meat on them. My husband had reminded me that this had also happened the last time we tried ordering delivery from there. They have the chicken breasts (it’s a freaking CHICKEN PLACE for God’s sake) but won’t be inconvenienced to cook you one. It’s ridiculous.

Manager on duty needs to clock his attitude, someone may end up reaching over the counter for him one day. I went through the drive through and ordered 4 items and got charged for 5 items, even after stating I should’ve had 3 food items and 1 drink. I was met with a not so lovely manager on duty (Kevin) who didn’t seem to want to do much of anything about it. I get if you’re not a people person but if customer service isn’t your forte, then get out of the industry. You’re not doing your company or customers right. To top it off, they don’t do refunds and the best they can do is “exchange” a food item for something different which doesn’t work for people who don’t eat much.

20250714 Stopped here around 9:40 tonight to get some fried chicken for my pup. We only eat dark meat, and fortunately, they have dark meat available when I arrived this late. Thankfully, when I ordered 3 or 4 piece dark meat, I always get all legs and thighs. Unlike, Popeye that considers wings as dark meat, and their 3-piece chicken includes 1 wing, 1 leg and 1 thigh, which is annoying. I started going to KFC these last 2 visits because of it. Although my pup prefers Bojangles, and it appears that my pup likes Popeyes better than KFC. She didn’t eat all her KFC chicken tonight.

The building is always cold no matter what season so best bring a light sweatshirt. The food is actually pretty good compared to other KFCs I’ve gone to, but what makes me give this a 3 star is the staffing. There is 1 really nice guy that I like talking to, but everyone else is just not as accommodating. The dining area is kept relatively clean, but the restrooms never seem to be well stocked. If you’re taking it to go then this is the place to be.

The manager charged me some random amount at the drive thru and then handed me my card back and then asked for it back to charge me the rest. On top of that confusing exchange they missed an item of my order completely.

I went yesterday and it was really busy, but the cashier named Karla, made my wait time amazing. She is so funny, truly the best. Thank you girl!! Keep it up!

I came into tonight (Wednesday, December 18th) to pick up an online order, which most of the time is a hassle because I usually have to come back and get something that was missed, but tonight they were amazing. The man inside who may have been a manager made me aware of the 2 for 1 deal and also made sure it was ready to go by the time I pulled my card out of the machine. My order was also %100 correct!!! The staff tonight was just super friendly and efficient. Thank you guys for making sure my order was perfect!

I’ve visited the Burke KFC/ Taco Bell 4 times. The manager Linda and all the employees are very friendly! All my experiences have been positive so far but this recent visit 11/27/20 I have some feedback.
Don’t put so many pickles on the Crispy Colonel! It seems like they wanted to give me all the pickles! I ordered 2 Crispy Colonels and I pulled off 16 pickles!

to cold to eat in the building. Is that so they don’t have to clean? Do to the incompetent worker’s? I started with a young man. A overbearing woman tookover. The woman ordered around the young man like a slave. It had me so uneasy and confused I couldn’t look at her. She disciplined him as if he was her pet. He took the orders from her like it was normal. I was shaking. I couldn’t get it together how wrong she was treating this young man. I forget I’m the one with the problem. I know how training is done. Thanks I love my town

The food is good at KFC, but the service was a little disappointing. It took like 10 minutes for a cashier to take our order. I kept trying to say ‘hi’ to the cashier who were refusing to go to the cashier and take our order. This is more of a corporate issue, but the cashier said I cannot redeem points unless it is an online order, which is a ridiculous corporate policy. Also, they need to do something about people hogging the soda station. I had to wait 5 minutes to get my soda, and the employee took like 15 minutes in the bathroom when I had to go. The chicken and mashed potatoes were good, but the service needs to do better.
