They are completely trash and should not hold the Subway title. Their hours are posted on the door and app to close at 9, but yet at 8:15pm, an employee is giving me the cut neck motion like, “we closed”. Wowwww

Tried calling prior to submitting this review. Horrible experience, ordered delivery. Directions were not honored or followed for either sandwich. Both were not toasted. One sandwich I ordered stuffing and paid additional for it and it was not there. Had very little other toppings. The hotshot Italiano did not have the pepper jack cheese! I want a refund or a redo to make this right. Otherwise this rating stands.

Stopped here on our way home and it was not a great experience. The bread is crumbling on all of our sandwiches. They were out of wheat bread and wraps which is why we settled with the white bread. My husband ordered a spicy Italian and she made a Buffalo chicken (not sure how that got mixed up). My daughters kids meal was supposed to come with a side and a drink and came with neither. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because they loaded up the meat so much the sandwiches wouldn’t close.
With the place being unkempt (bathrooms weren’t put together), I’m just hoping we don’t get sick. Such a waste of money for poor quality food.

I came in to get 10 plain turkey sandwiches for us to eat while setting up for a wedding and was told they cannot do that because I didn’t give them advanced notice. I could have understood if they were busy but the only people in the store were myself and the two behind the counter. Very poor attitude in flexibility for being an empty store. I guess they don’t need the business.

This is the best Subway I have been to in a LONG time. It’s clean, the veggies are fresh, and the sandwich artists are so friendly and professional! We will definitely make this a regular stop when we are in the area!

They LITERALLY never make any of my sandwiches correctly. I work in the food service industry and I undertake sometimes there are mistakes. But my food is NEVER correct and the service is honestly terrible. I got lied to about my food and when I checked my sandwich, they made me feel like I was stupid for checking. When I said to them that my sandwich was not right, they replied that they made it exact to order and 3 ingredients were completely left off my food and I double checked my online order to make sure I didn’t forget anything. I in fact had it correct, and the employees lied to my face.

I just got back from coming to this place and let me tell you, they should probably get an entirely new staff or shut down. The staff had a bit of an attitude, I in no way felt welcome. There was almost no bread left. And on my way out I had a horrible fall because no one bothered to put out a wet floor sign over the wet floor! Not only is that potential dangerous, but they are lucky as all hell I’m not likely to sue despite how many people are trying to talk me into doing so. Plus, something that I had noticed while I was on the ground was that their floor was super dirty.

The customer before me had just finished placing his order; he didn’t agree with the price and told Brenda that it should not be that much because it costs less at other places for double meat. He finishes paying and leaves, and Brenda proceeds to talk about him around other customers while making their sandwiches and how he was wrong. No professionalism at all!

Stopped by on the way home from work. Got 2 foot long spicy Italian subs. They only put 5 pieces of pepperoni and 5 pieces of salami on each foot long. I asked if it was supposed to be 10 pieces of each on a foot long and was told “no. This is the correct amount.” There was also green fuzzy mold in one of the containers of cheese.
