The facility was very clean and inviting! From the time we arrived, the staff was super friendly, helpful and conversational. I don’t know if the gentleman was the manager or owner, but he and the team member at the register answered questions asked about our group that came in and provided great feedback on what to order (rolls at lunch and evening are the best!). He even came by the table to check on us all and be sure we had all our order. That food basket in the picture, those are FRESH tenders! And let me tell you don’t miss the fried okra! Also, there was nothing on the payment system asking for tips.. really!

PLEASE, tell who ever is putting the orders together in the back to be more attentive! The last two times i have purchased food from this location, something is missing from the meal. The order is accurate on the receipt. The time has been around 3:00 P.M on the weekends. Thanks.

Normally a good place to eat but at 938pm was told in the drive thru they had no more chicken tenders. Then tried to order regular chicken and was told they were out of that as well. Basically they had no more of any type of chicken and they were not going to make any more in the last 20mins before they closed.

This is normally one of my favorite places to eat but not this location. They gave me a huge undercooked piece of chicken and mashed potatoes with a dollop of gravy. Not to mention the order was wrong I didn’t even eat this crap I fed it to the dogs.

EVERY TIME I go here they mess my order up… I try to give them a second chance by going back to hopefully get my order made right and it’s like that makes them mad.. The quality of the food is like it’s been sitting. Especially the fries. Everytime… the fries are too hard to eat.

I stopped by today just before 11:30 on my way to work. The young man working the drive thru taking orders was incredibly rude. He would not let me speak to place my order & seemed frustrated when I wanted to add a 2nd meal.

Been here multiple times over the last 2 years in the Gainesville area. Service has definitely dropped off in the drive thru. Between wrong items served or completely forgotten all together, I’m about done with this place. I’m tired of paying for things we didn’t receive or receiving things we didn’t order, instead of what we ordered.
