Terrible service- my order wasn’t placed, they never offered to refill our waters, there was a long line of people trying to check out and the two guys at the counter didn’t know how to ring people up. Plus, you want to add a 20% gratuity when it’s a self serve sushi bar? I won’t be back. The only bright spot- a cherry tomato in with my grapes.

I went about two hours before closing so I’m sure there would’ve been more options and fresher options but overall, the food the service the atmosphere of this location is pretty good would come again

Absolutely yes! This place was amazing!
If you want amazing sushi, but sometimes are not sure what you want, then you have plenty options on here. The train is constantly allowing you to choose different things to try. It’s easy to grab and go! I love that even if the sushi you want isn’t on the train, they will make it for you and put it on the train. They will also use their about train to deliver rolls directly to your table. Service was exceptional! We constantly had our drink refilled and were asked if there was anything we’d like to see on the train. Very reasonable pricing as well! We will definitely be returning!

I’m a big Sushi Train guy I really am…
It’s a fun experience combined with great value. However, I need to point out that the **service has consistently been in decline over the last few months.** Normally it’s difficult putting in sushi orders but during our most recent visit, original order was never submitted, drinks were never refilled and didn’t receive wasabi (after asking 3 different employees) and sushi orders until the end…we ate mostly off the roller after waiting so long. The staff was doing their best and this place has great potential but overall, the service NEEDS to improve for us to return.

Hell yes!!!

Easily the best eating spot in Bellevue!

Finally l, a local restaurant that offers high-quality, fresh food that is on-point!

I found my new “go to” local restaurant!

Nicole is awesome. Very friendly and personable!

Grab some Sake, a beer, and make it an eating experience!

Waited for 15min and had to get up and ask server for menus! In that 15 min of waiting only 3 items went by on the carousel. It picked up slightly as we sat there waiting. None of the items on the carousel are labeled with ingredients so you have to just hope you get something good. Server doesn’t check on you. Had to flag down for check and box. Messed up the tickets. Food was lack luster and lacked flavor.

Very impressive establishment, great food, great variety, fresh fish and authentic Japanese drinks. We have been looking for Sushi-go-Around for a while now and are very happy to find one so close and with such a great quality. Highly recommend!

When I rate this as a 3, I don’t mean it totally bad. It was fairly good for an all you can eat.
My review is comparing to the one we frequent in Omaha.
This one felt dirty. Our table had been wiped but had sticky streaks, the server seemed fairly indifferent to us, and the quality of the sushi was ok. I’m worried about the person somewhere that took one of the rainbow looking sushi plates…the colors didn’t look good. I wish I took a Pic.
The experience overall is fun, but not mind blowing. The all you can eat price is a good deal. Great idea for Offutt workers on Mondays.
If I was out and thought about the deal, I might drop in. But I don’t see myself going out of my way for it.

We didn’t order off the menu. The train had plenty of options. It was a fun experience we will be back! It would have been nice to get a refill on our drinks.

The sushi train is very fun. The staff are kind and attentive. The sushi itself, is like what I get from Baker’s grocery stores. It’s not bad, but not great either. Some of it is frozen, including the slice of cake I got, which was completely frozen. The miso soup was the worst I’ve ever had, it had a taste of foul fish. There are hot and cold / frozen items on the sushi train. The bathroom is well kept, but no paper towels. The prices are mostly fair with the items. The veggie fried rice we had was good. All in all you are going for the experience, not quality sushi.
