Stopped in for lunch with my husband and had a delicious lunch! Renee was lovely & helpful with the specials for the day. The food came out quick and was very good. I had a triple grilled cheese & slaw. The grilled cheese could have fed 2 people, and the coleslaw was crisp & lovely. My husband had a seafood combo, it was fresh & crispy! Everything was unbelievable, like your family made it with love. Highly recommend

We have had food from Defelice’s deli on many occasions. They have different lunch specials every day. All of their pastas are homemade as well as the breads for their sandwiches and dinners. All of the lunch meats and cheeses for their sandwiches are high-quality and they have a great variety of specialty salads as well. this is definitely a go to place when you’re looking for some quality sandwiches or entrées, especially when you want a break from cooking!

Top 3 favorite sandwich shops in the Burgh!! This place and one other are neck and neck for first place in my opinion. My neighbor and I once a week try different Hoagie Shops around Pittsburgh. The crazy thing is I actually lived 5 minutes away from this place and didn’t know it was there sadly. All those years I could’ve been enjoying this and now I am making up for it haha… The Spicy Italian Hoagie is life changing … Not only is the food absolutely delicious, but the people are even better! I’ve only been a handful of times and you truly feel like you’ve known them for years!
One of the best parts is their dining area. Which appears to be an old garage and in the warmer months you can sit with the garage door open while enjoying some of the best food in western PA! If you haven’t been here, stop thinking about it and GO. I also must mention their pasta and bread are made in house! The pierogies are out of this world! I could keep going, but you get the idea.
