And thank you Farid manager went above and beyond and explain the situation very well!! Just got into town and hotel receptionist told us to get Pizza 9.Not only did I have stomach cramps all night from the chicken on my salad,but I had to literally pic through my lettuce and pic below says enough ! Only passing through town so need to call and complain.

I’ve come here a few times for the GF pizza crust (they know the deal and take precautions for cross-contamination – found on the Find Me Gluten-Free app). The first time I came, I asked for no cheese and they gave me some sort of cream sauce for some reason, which is a little strange if you’re asking for no cheese XD but aside from that minor mistake, they’ve been great! This experience really disappointed me because I loved pizza 9 and I always enjoyed eating here with my family. However, this time was just not it and my review is long, sorry. Basically, my family and I come in, the place is pack and it’s teenagers basically running the place. We then ordered 2 pizza, salad and wings (the wings are important thing in this review). So, 30 mins go by and our foods done but, we are missing our wings. We tell them this and we just eat the food that is already there. Now, a group sat next to us and that means they likely ordered after us. They get their food but they also are missing their wings (this was 20 mins later) so we also tell the worker are missing our wings. Minutes go by and they table next to us get their wings, but we still haven’t received ours. Another 10 mins go by and still nothing. We get our refund and a worker gives us PLAIN NO SAICE WINGS (we ordered buffalo wings) after we have already got our refund. The point of this review is that I was disappointed and saw the plain wing delivery as a petty move from the workers. Please, work on that customer service next time.

Food is good but a bit high priced especially when they demand us to pay for cheese and red pepper flakes but give customers who order delivery/carry out packets of cheese and red pepper flakes for *free. This makes the Service and atmosphere feel very unwelcoming.

Great Pizza and Salad….third time over 5 years ordering delivery to RV park while visiting!!!! This time we were annoyed that they would not answer their phone on a Monday afternoon thought that was odd. We were having difficulty ordering on line and wanted to order the old fashioned way and speak to someone. 6-8 tries phone just kept ringing. Only reason not 5 stars!!!!

A misunderstanding lead to the wrong pizza being cooked(deep dish instead of bowl pizza)…but they fixed it asap..and gave us a free salad and the oops pizza for free!!
And it was fabulous…my son’s meat pizza was cooked to perfection!! And my gourmet bowl pizza was absolutely delicious ..esp with the salad to do with it!!!
Thank you for making this bowl pizza and being so willing to substitute things like tomatoes without pause…it enables someone like me with grain and tomatoes allergies to enjoy pizza!!!

I’m pretty sure I just had the best Calzone of my life. It’s crisp and wonderfully seasoned on the outside along with perfect distribution and quantity of toppings. Customer service was great especially with questions I had trying to figure out if I should go with a Calzone since they’re hard to get right. Games that I played also had no issues (sticky or faulty buttons)

This pizza is soooo good! Was not expecting that! Traveling through and was piping hot delivered to hotel. Sauce and crust are great and lots of toppings! Really-so good! And bonus points because they had green olives as a topping!
