The lady that was upfront didn’t greet me. Didn’t smile & was very RUDE, she had such a poor attitude! Her name was Leticia. She acted like she didn’t want to be working, she was very unprofessional. I have never had anybody treat me like this before, very disappointed to say the least. She should find another job if she doesn’t like working there & with people. Such poor customer service! I definitely will tell my family and friends how I was treated and how rude she was.

The last few times I’ve gone in on my lunch breaks have been terrible experiences.
One day I tried to open the door multiple times (at 11:30am) and the door didn’t work the the workers gave me dirty looks so I went elsewhere. Only to walk by only for other customers to walk out not even 10 minutes after my failed attempt.
Today, I went on my lunch only to stand there for 10 minutes they entertained and laughed a clearly mentally unwell homeless man. No one offered to take my order or anything they made me sit there and wait. So I just left and went back to work to eat.
I do not recommend this store and I will not be returning. I work at restaurant near them and it’s not that hard to just open the door for your customers when it’s not working, and it’s not that hard to pull that mind to the side and take the other person’s order.
Thank you for wasting my time.

We were hesitant in getting food to go after reading the reviews. The reviews were correct and the food is not that good. The Orange Chicken was actually crunchy and lacked in flavor. The kung Pao Chicken was Kung Pao Squash with only 3 tiny minuscule pieces of chicken to be found and the Biejing Beef was tough and lacking in flavor. The inside of the restaurant was nice but the product was not. Staff were not that pleasant and service lacked. This is a 2 star restaurant. We will not return.

Traditional Panda Express. Server was chipper and friendly. They don’t get out on the floor often. 2 pieces of rice on table more on seating bench. Both trash cans were full to the rim. Good communication with employees to each other.

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but after several disappointing experiences, I’M DONE. The service has been consistently awful since day one. From rude and disengaged staff to unprepared management, it’s clear they’re not committed to running this place properly. The restaurant is consistently filthy, and the food offerings are always poorly stocked. When food is available, it’s often stale and lukewarm. The staff working behind the counter always seem unhappy and uninterested in doing their job.
Having worked in the food industry for decades and managed several restaurants—including fast food—there’s no excuse for the ongoing issues at this location. I’ve spoken to several locals in town, and without exception, they feel the same way. Most won’t even go there anymore. At this rate, there’s no way this business can continue to operate with such poor service and lack of care. It seems set to fail if things don’t change soon.

Good food for a good value…. I always get it to go because it so loud inside with all woks and pots and pans banging around but the food is always very fresh and the employees are always very courteous so I would recommend it to all….. Enjoy it….

This place is a joke. Ordered online to try and get my kids dinner on time after football practice. I get there and only two items out of the 12 ordered are in the bag. I bring this up to staff and they look at me like I’m lying to them and start asking me twenty questions. Look at the damn receipt. Not only did my order get screwed up and I got treated like crap, I also had to wait an extra 45 mins to get my order filled. Not stoked at all.
