Incredible Thai food in the most unexpected location. Who knew Blair was home to an outstanding restaurant that serves amazing Thai dishes, sushi rolls and other Asian flavors.
A small storefront on the main Street through town offers wonder sumptuous Curry dishes loaded with decadent sauces, tender meat and flavorful vegetables. The sushi rolls never disappoint either, stuffed with seafood and vegetables.
There is a little bit of a wait due to the crazy amount of take out orders but the food is well worth the wait!

Wonderful Sushi rolls made by an expert! Highly recommend the Blair City Roll. The Spicy Salted Shrimp is the best. Sushi is not fast food & each order is made by hand, to order by a master sushi chef. expect a wait regardless of how many servers. If you need a quick in & out, there is plenty of fast food in Blair. The cuisine at Hoshi Palate is WORTH the wait.

A limited selection of sushi is now available again. Their sushi is pretty famous in this town. But their other dishes are wonderful too. Their curry dishes are so delicious. My family really enjoyed the yellow curry and pad Thai noodle with chicken. The pineapple fried rice with chicken was also wonderful. We also had steamed dumplings, egg rolls and crab Rangoon, all tasty. Service was very good. My only complaints are that it’s a little on the pricey side but worth it. And the restaurant needs a little updating and cleaning. I’m not saying the whole restaurant is dirty but a few areas need attention, like ceiling fan, windows and the bathroom. The kitchen and dining areas were very clean. We have eaten at Hoshi Palate many times and have always loved the food but we are very happy sushi is back.

Great food. Today I had the spicy salted chicken. Crispy breaded and fried. Tons of jalapenos and onions. If you like it hot, this is for you. The Drunken Noodles is also a very good choice. The Pad Thai is as good as anywhere. The egg drop soup is unique to other places, very good. It’s a little pricey, 2 people for around $35, but very good service and high quality ingredients. We’ve been there 4 times, and it’s been very good each time.

The food was amazing and the staff was super nice. I absolutely love it. My husband and I are very happy to have Hoshi Palate so close to us and we are definitely going again. The combination fried rice was to die for and the fried California roll and fried tempura roll and cream cheese roll were so good. Also the crab Rangoon tasted homemade which is amazing. Can’t wait to eat there again

I love sushi and this place is maybe the best in Nebraska. The food presentation is the best I have ever seen at a sushi restaurant. We have tried the other items on the menu and all of them have been great.
The only knock I would give them is it can be a little slow at times. I believe that it is hard to find help in Blair at times so just a minor ding here.
We are lucky to have this option in Blair.
