I picked up my friend from the airport. He was arriving late. We needed to find a spot for some cold beers and some food. We arrived 1020 food service stopped at 10. The bartender, I forget her name, but she saw we were hungry, and offered us two hot beef sandwiches, with all the fixings, white horseradish, freshly grilled long hots, and that sharp provolone. Oh my goodness. So good!! Definitely recommend this place! Even the locals welcomed us. Even tho we are both local, definitely felt right at home.

We have been meaning to try this place since we moved to the area and we drive by it all of the time we decided to go on a Thursday night, which conveniently ended up being a very fun trivia night for the tavern- we stayed after our meal was over to play with the rest of the restaurant and really really enjoyed it! As far as The Food, it was very tasty!! We ordered a Buffalo chicken cheesesteak for myself and a regular cheesesteak and loaded fries for my partner. The Food came delivered to the table, hot and delicious. They have an easy to read menu with a center bar, booth seating, and not a bad seat in the house. The only downside we had to the visit was that we felt a little out of place like maybe there were more locals there and we might actually have been sitting in someone’s seat that comes in on a regular basis. lol- oh wheat staff was friendly and helpful and as we mentioned before the trivia night really capped off the evening. Plenty of parking too!

Classic small town pub! The staff was great and regular patrons were friendly and welcoming. You could tell that much of the food was homemade. We had a fantastic sliced roast beef sandwich with house marinated peppers and a burger.

Man I loved this place! What a great local bar..we just happened to stop in on Trivia night and the whole place was vibin. The bartender was super friendly and the food was really good! For 9 of us the bill was only $125, which is some of the cheapest food around! But it was so good!

This place is awesome! Love local history so had to try the tavern named after an important signer of the Declaration of Independence (he broke the deadlock for Pennsylvania). His birthplace is nearby too. It’s a cute little local tavern with awesome history. The Philly cheesesteak was great; so were the loaded tater tots. Check it out!

Loved the hot roast beef sandwich! Tater Tots are great and the Tavern Burger was awesome! This place is just off the first exit south of the Philadelphia International Airport on Interstate 95. It’s a few hundred feet from the original Morton Homestead and named after the last signator of the United States Declaration of Independance.

A cozy tavern on the side of the main way. This joint had some delicious home cooked meals for decent (pre pandemic) prices. For tasty roast beef sandwiches, or a filling helping of philly cheesesteak fries. This place surely hit the mark on delicous food and good service.

Some of the best lunch you’ll ever have, one of delco’s most secret dining treasures. Known for their Roast Beef, but it’s like something new is on the menu every time I go.
They host all kinds of events (most were before covid), and Bingo is still huge on Wednesdays even during this pandemic! Can’t wait to see their Karaoke nights make a return!
