I received a $3 drink in my Starbucks app. When went to redeem the reward the employees couldn’t figure out how to redeem it. I have never had this happen to me before. They never could figure it out when they finally came to the conclusion of “oh we could just give you a discount.” Starbucks needs to figure this out.

I enjoyed having coffee and eating at this location however I have had multiple occasions where another customer has approached me and asked me to buy them something from either the this location or from a nearby restaurant. It made me very uncomfortable. As this was the third time it has happened I’m not sure I’ll be returning to this location despite its convenience.

The partners at this location are awesome. The team clearly gets along and works well together and it shows. It creates a rest experience for the customer. That location was just perfect as a stopping place for my next meeting of the day. The people were great, and it was pretty cool that they had a good connection with their regulars. I was an “irregular” since I don’t frequent that particular shop, but everything was good and my brew was good. It always takes longer than you think to get a great cup of coffee, but that’s the same thing at every quality joint. Good place to go.

It’s a Starbucks, and a college campus one at that. Competent service but my bacon egg sandwich was still cold, obviously frozen and tossed in a microwave. I had my sandwich and was able to eat if before I got my coffee. Used to work in premium fast food, fresh eggs take 40 seconds, frozen take 2 minutes. Corporate Coffee, so I guess that’s what I get. At least the BBQ joint next door was open for lunch.

This Starbucks is a little different than the average since it is right on the edge of MU campus. Overall, I think Starbucks is a mediocre coffee joint but they make a good latte. I generally avoid the sugar laden fruity drinks, which is where Starbucks shines. The staff here was friendly and competent in the past but I haven’t been in a while. I still recommend an oat milk latte and the Impossible Sandwich.

Love their mobile app, and the employees are great. Everyone is wearing masks. I wish they had a board to show which mobile orders have been made. You kind of stand around and just eventually ask. They are only allowing nine people in at a time, per a sign on the door, but there’s really no way to know before you go in.

This Starbucks has lost a star over time. The newer staff appear to be less focused on efficiently making drinks and more focused on checking their phones and talking amongst themselves. However, the quality of food/drinks remains high.
