Came pretty late and they were close to closing up which is rude I know but I have a 7 month at home and run on their schedule. I’m also pregnant and had a craving. They were super sweet and even had to go make some things from scratch they had none ready since it was so late. I felt bad but they were so super nice about it and even apologized for the wait (which wasn’t a long wait at all felt like just a few min) they threw in a free drink and a bag of chips as well for the wait which again wasn’t a long wait. So nice ! Would definitely go to this location over any other!!

Schlotzkys never fails to disappoint me on when it comes to their food. But i want to add that this particular store could use a small bust in customer service energy.
I was not greeted when I came in. The lady just put down her rag and walked to the register. She didn’t ask what I wanted, just waited for me to tell her. She wasn’t rude by any means, she may didn’t come across as friendly.
As for the atmosphere, the dining area was clean but incredibly cramped. Lots of seating in a small space. If they had a busy rush, I hope half their orders are to go. Otherwise their the customers are going to be sitting on top of one another.
That being said, it was a good thing I was the only one in there. I love their food. But I think any future visits to this particular store will be strictly to go.

The past few orders this month all the sourdough bread has been super hard almost old.
Our sweet teas have nothing but sugar at the bottom of the cups, like they didn’t have sweet tea on hand so they “tried” to mix sugar in cold tea!

I tried the sausage and peppers calzone at Schlotzsky’s and it was really good! The calzone was a decent size, definitely enough for two meals. The flavors were spot on and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Great value and taste, highly recommend!

The food here is DELICIOUS. I just recently started going here because they had soups and I had oral surgery so I tried them out. The soups are amazing so I tried the sandwiches and salads they are good BUT don’t leave without checking your food. The three times I have been back for non soup items thing have been left off, forgotten or there will be one small liver of onion on a sandwich. So just check your food and it’ll be amazing! I’ll be back!

Haven’t eaten at a Schlotzsky’s in years since it closed in our town. We’re impressed with the new menu and the food quality, flatbreads, pizzas, salads, sandwiches, soups and deserts. Staff is wonderful, friendly and welcoming. There is plenty of seating including outdoor patio area.
Turkey bacon club on sourdough is wonderful, bread was soft and fresh, turkey was warmed and flavorful. Loaded potato soup was creamy and delicious.
Definitely recommend getting your hunger on here. Enjoy

Did drive-thru an was friendly fast an ready. Got home an this is where I found the magic. I got a giant original an it was giant in taste. Just saying they did a great job. Made a gorgeous loving sandwich an I’m full an happy. Thank you guy’s.

So weird experience and it seems im going to have to get the police involved. And im putting y’all on blast because I know this happened from this location. I was the only person in line I ordered and I give the young lady my card and she takes it and after about 2 minutes gives me back my card with no receipt and tells me to pull to the door so I do. She brings me my food like 15 minutes later and I leave. I told my wife that the charge never hit my account until like 9:52 when usual 99.9% of the time it’s instant. Now im getting google play charges on my account for stupid games. I know y’all have cameras so we are going to see what’s up.

Extremely rude lady at the drive thru. Asked for 2 cinnabon cinnamon rolls with extra frosting which I didn’t get after asking her if it was in the bag. The rolls were hard as a rock even after warning them up. I was there shortly after opening so these were definitely not fresh, 2 day old at best. I will never visit this location again.

I come to the drive thru and every time I order the same thing but every time I get it it’s either wrong or just plain messed up today was no different I went to the drive thru and only asked for no tomatoes but this is what I got instead. Two of the thickest and largest tomatoes I’ve ever gotten in my life definitely won’t be returning anytime soon
