Doesn’t really deserve a star. Ordered over $50 worth of food for dinner. waited over an hour and never seen anyone. checked email tracker and said it was delivered. clearly it wasn’t. I called and the driver said she knocked 3 times and when we didn’t answer she left of on the front porch. not there. I call back. they said it supposedly had the wrong address. ok fine. why not call the phone number for the order in the first place? nope instead they left it at some random address and wasn’t going to say anything. then when the person on the phone said we would be refunded for the inconvenience and new order would be delivered the driver got mad and said “she cant have both. she either gets refunded or i remake it.” worst service ever. never getting my $ again

Horrible experience!! Took way too long to get a pizza… that I was charged a $5 delivery fee for. Then, when I called, it took 2 calls, 3 to 4 X of being placed on hold, and nearly an act of congress to merely get an update. The initial person, after her 2nd time putting me on hold, vanishes, transferring me to a manager (without telling me…) and then she blamed it on a “new driver.” *While on the phone with them, he circled past my house… TWO times, the 2nd time going 35 to 40 mph.
Although the 1st manager wasn’t so, accommodating per se, a guy came on, was nice, understanding, and offered a free pizza for my next order. (Thus I added 1 star…)

Ordered 2 pizzas thru call center. Arrived to pickup pizzas and only 1 pizza was prepared, no record of 2nd pizza. We were not offered a 2nd pizza or any options to correct mistake. Plenty of other options in town. This not the 1st time order was incorrect. No longer interested in call centers out of the country, struggling to understand the person on the other end of the line, or mistakes that are not corrected.

I feel like the ingredients have gone down hill. Sauce tastes too garlicky, banana peppers tasted bad, pineapple bland. 6 toppings on a pizza and could only taste a couple, the sauce and cheese. Long wait times. I thought the Canadian bacon would of came in thin round slices, not just ham chunks.

Ordered last night online, order would be ready in 65-75 minutes. I arrived early, got my notification that the pizza was ready. Since I’m temporarily disabled I have been doing curbside pick up. I call and was on hold for over 40 minutes! I left after waiting 30 minutes. They finally answer and I told them I didn’t want my pizza because it would be cold and stale. It’s ridiculous. I’m not able to get into the store easy, let alone carry my order out on my own. I highly doubt I order from here again. Poor customer service.

On this day, January 1st, around 1 pm ish, we got the new calzone pizza and some chicken bites. I walked in, as I placed the order for pickup. Only one person there, maybe 50-60? Not sure. Imma say this, that was the absolute BEST order I’ve ever had, and I’ve ordered ALOT of papa johns. She did better then a whole staff would have. Way to go!!!

Rude, rude, rude manager!! Place order (30+$), told by the person taking the order, 40 minutes, over an hour later, no pizza.
Call to inquire, puts manager on the phone who talks a mile a minute, couldn’t understand anything she said, she just had excuses for their slow workmanship anyway. Asked if there was anything else she could do for us ( hell she didn’t do anything to begin with) because she had other orders to make.
They ( meaning corporate) need to send in a secret shopper to this store or better yet hire people that can manage better.
Won’t order from them again!
