placed an order for 2 pizzas, cheese
sticks, and a cookie dessert at 8:15PM. I
received my confirmation, which stated
the order would be delivered in 44
minutes. The order didn’t actually show
up until 10:25PM, cold and greasy. The
way the cheese looked made it look like
it had been sitting under a heat lamp for
God knows how long. When you can hold up the whole order cooked breadsticks, AND SHAKE THEM, and they don’t come apart, that’s just gross. The cookie looked halfway decent, but unfortunately, was rock hard and had to be thrown away. Absolutely felt like I was opening a box of left-overs. Over 2 HOURS waiting on pizza is utterly ridiculous. When my husband and I tried calling the location, we kept getting in touch with an “ordering call center.” I guess that location doesn’t take their own orders either? And when they tried transferring me to the Forney location, I sat on hold for 37 minutes before finally giving up. I would definitely not recommend ordering from this location, especially if you’re trying to feed a hungry family. The whole experience was a complete disaster.
I called the manager and she was very kind and respectful, though there was no note on my account stating why my order was cancelled. I was offered a 50% discount and felt pretty taken care of.
I ordered tonight, the exact same order, but they couldn’t (or wouldn’t) pull it up and apply the discount, so I read the order verbatim from the receipt email I had gotten previously. As it turns out, I could only receive a $10 discount if it was delivered; I would have to pick it up to get the full discount. That’s fine, we can meet in the middle on this. My wife drove to the store, picked up the pizzas, and the order was not only wrong but the food was in terrible condition. The only reason we wanted to order here was to try the pepperoni-stuffed crust pizza, and it was absent in this order. We called back again, but they refused to do anything saying that was the order they received and it was my fault for miscommunicating.
When I called back to resolve the issue, I was met with extreme disrespect from an employee named Alicia. She insisted I had received my order, even though she admitted the rest of my items were still at the restaurant. She refused to process a refund, raised her voice, and nearly used profanity toward me. After I asked for a manager, she repeatedly claimed no manager was available—until she herself became hostile, at which point a manager suddenly took the phone.
In total, I waited two hours and never received the full order I paid for. I requested a full refund for the missing items and an acknowledgment of the poor treatment I experienced
I hope this matter is taken seriously, as both the incorrect order and the disrespectful customer service are unacceptable.
Additionally, I paid extra for pepperoni but received no noticeable difference in the topping amount. When I requested that the order be corrected, it felt as though my concern was dismissed due to the busy environment, and my order was not prioritized.
Based on this experience, I do not plan to return to this location for some time.

I tell the guy hey I paid cash how are you going to get your money and he says just give it to the driver. I asked about fees he told me he didn’t know. Mine you I paid delivery fees in my total cost. The guy says I don’t know. So the food comes and it’s freezing cold and my whole order is messed up. The pizza, wings, and cheesebread ALL bad. I call back and no one answered the phone. I called 2 times sitting on the phone for over 30 minutes each time. No answer. I took pictures of my food and I contacted headquarters online. No response either. They say up to 48hrs I’ve heard nothing back. This place is trash. I NEVER come back to this
