At the High Point, NC location of Arby’s, we consistently appreciate the quality of both their service and food. The establishment strives to maintain cleanliness, although during peak hours, it may become challenging. Recently, they have faced staffing shortages, so I recommend exercising patience. It’s worth noting that the restaurant is situated in a less favorable part of town.

Ordered door dash and I don’t even know what to say.
To start the door dasher let us know how rude the staff was.
Food was cold. Like it has been sitting. Half my drink wasn’t even in the cup and all the ice was melted. My “side” of cheese sauce was hard.
The sandwich? The poorest excuse of a sandwich. 2 pieces of roast beef. Barely any lettuce and what was there was wilted and slimy, and one big onion in the middle of it lol. Fries were soggy and tasted old.
My boyfriends burger wasn’t even in the bag, with no notification if they were out of it etc. He got 2 sliders that were just mushed into the little container.
Thankfully DoorDash refunded us for his burger, but this was absolutely disgusting.
I get people have bad nights, but this was absolutely outrageous.

It took 10 min to get half cooked chicken strips. The fries were cold. The cashier was so nice and even was on break trying to get our order hurried along.

Worst experience ever! Unkind employees! The curly fries were barely warm! The soda machine was messed up but there was no warning sign! There was no mustard in the pump! Employees with no cap or hair nets! Dirty tables! It was definitely a mistake to come here!!!

At the drive thru I was asked what sauce I wanted with my meal of chicken tenders. I asked for BBQ. I get to the window and get asked again what sauce I want and repeated again BBQ, just to end up getting Honey Mustard. I would have preferred to have been told that they didn’t have any or ran out of BBQ then for the employee to assume I wanted honey mustard. I am not a fan of Honey Mustard and now have to eat my meal without sauce and the reason why I got chicken tenders was because of the sauce!. I get this isn’t a BIG deal but we’ve all had those days where we want what we want!

This place is a joke and not a franchise worth having near you. I could find more attentive workers from hiring people living in an old folks home. The workers never answer the drive through intercom, your order is likely wrong or your fries are cold. I’m not sure why I still bother with this place, probably nostalgia of when it used to be worth a sheet.

Curly fires were cold, beef n cheddar was slapped together with such haste it was shingled sideways with cheese everywhere, Sweet tea was sour and when asked for sauces two seperate times, at the screen and at checkout window none were given.

Sign on the door says they close at 10 PM for the café at 11 PM for the drive-through. I walk in stand waiting at the front counter for five minutes. At least two workers with headsets on make eye contact with me and then walk back to the back. Nobody makes an attempt to see if I am at this Arby’s to potentially get food.

Came to the restaurant and got two hot ham and cheese and had coupons for small fries and we ordered two of them. When we got home the ham and cheese is not as good as it used to be. And we had one small fry in our bag and it wasn’t even half full. Called back down there two times and it gives you recording that tells you they’re busy. But I guess the answer I’ll get will be the same as the rest “thank you for your feedback” and ain’t nothing going to be done about it I know. It’s getting to where if I go to Arby’s it may be the one on North main but South main Street has went downhill and I will not recommend it to nobody
