Store is larger than older-style locations and feature a completely new store design. We expanded menu including Stackburgers and grilled sandwiches, as well as limited table service We also contain self-serve soft drink fountains allowing free refills.

I came through the drive through with my partner on 2/17 maybe 7:30 that night and ordered the valentines cake cups. I found a hair right before I took a big spoonful peeking out from under the icing…. Disappointed and disgusted at least I got one but I ate that in the car, hopefully that didn’t have any hair.

I was there less than a week ago and I ordered the same thing I usually get. When they handed it to me it was the wrong thing so I told them it wasn’t what I ordered. They said this is what you ordered, I said no it isn’t can you just make what I ordered? About 5 of them came to the window with the audacity to be rude. I only ordered a brownie cupfection. I’ve ordered this every time I came with no problems. The woman who took my order knew she messed up and she was no where to be found. They even lied and said they didn’t make that there. I said run the tapes back and listen to what I ordered. These ppl were so angry and hostile when they could have just made the correct order instead of holding up the line due to pride or whatever it was. It was the worse leadership and I know 5 year olds more mature than that. It was despicable. It was actually sad.

Ice cream was okay for dq workers were very rude though. As soon as we pulled up to the drive through speaker they yelled at us asking what we wanted, didn’t give us time to look and we’re just overall impatient and rude.

Blizzard was good. It took 5 minutes for them to figure out if they accepted the Dairy Queen coupon. Should not be that difficult.

I had to ask for a cup holder, this after ordering 2 medium blizzards and 1 medium sundae. When I asked for a cup holder the drive thru cashier looked at me like I was stupid. I had to repeat myself thinking maybe she didn’t hear me. My blizzards also were both watery because I had to wait for them to remake my sundae because they initially gave me a small instead of medium. They also gave me an attitude when I pointed out that I ordered a medium and NOT a small. I am never going here again. I’m not trying to be difficult but it makes no sense to me why they have an attitude about the smallest request. I added a picture of my take 5 blizzard that’s in the freezer, it was so watery hopefully keeping it in the freezer will make it less watery. Btw I only live 5 minutes away and the temp outside was 55 degrees. Oh well I guess this is what $15 will get me.

Money hungry. 60 cents for bbq sauce? Not even a blink of an eye to give complimentary when I purposefully placed my order on mobile to save time and did not bring change with me but I have to still wait much longer than the estimated time for them to make it. And I got a plain hot dog but chili was all over my napkins and box

Went through the Drive thru and spent $25 got home and didn’t have any fries. Called and the lady on the phone said I know I put them in the bag. Why would I call for a regular fry and lie about it? If she put it in the bag it must have magically went straight through. Everything else was there and I was the only person in the car. I personally opened the bag to give everyone there food. I just hate being called a liar.
