My first visit to a chicken salad chick, and likely my last. Came here with my wife and newborn and ordered standard meals- ringing up to 15$ per person. I decided to tip as well, just to be nice. Then, we waited for over 30 MINUTES with no food. I finally had to go up and ask, just to be told that they messed up, and here was our food. They brought the food out from the managers office (she was planning on enjoying our meals for herself, thinking them duplicate. Were some of our chips missing? Perhaps sampled? I cannot say, yet I suspect). Then, to my shock, the staff or manager made no effort to rectify the situation. We were served room-temperature, soggy sandwiches. The chicken salad is good, but not worth the hassle! Based on other reviews, this is likely a poor management issue rather than a staff issue.

I walked in with my husband and we ordered two orders to go and I asked for a lightly toasted sandwich for my order.
When I checked my food I noticed that it wasn’t toasted at all.
I politely asked them to please remake just my sandwich but this time have it be lightly toasted. The front staff and the cook responded rudely and told me no they wouldn’t remake the food for me and that it’s my fault even though the receipt says it’s supposed to be toasted on it.
Then they proceeded to all cuss out my husband and the manager in the back decided to be racist against us and make snarky remarks and cuss us out as well.
Eventually, the manager did remake just the bread for the sandwich but they burned it instead of lightly toasting it because they didn’t care.
This is no way to be treating your customers and I am appalled and I will be contacting corporate about this and reporting this incident and this staff.
Do NOT ever eat here please unless you want to be disrespected by the staff.

This was my very first time at a Chicken Salad Chick location. Overall, something was off with the employees in general. The girl at the register kept touching her hair and scratching her head. Thankfully she didn’t touch my food directly. There was a guy just randomly hanging around with a less than presentable appearance and the employees in the back were sorta just there. I ordered a scoop of the Olivia’s Old South chicken salad and it was really good. I also had the grape salad. It was an interesting concept but the execution was off and the sweet cream cheese mixture was too thin. Minus the employees, the experience was okay. I think I’d try again, but at their prices, I can make something just as good at home.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding recurring issues with my DoorDash pickup orders from your location. On multiple occasions, my drinks have been missing from the order. Most recently, I was missing three unsweetened iced teas, and previously I have missed two sweetened iced teas and two Diet Cokes.

While DoorDash refunds the cost of the missing items, they do not refund the service fees or the Dasher tip, nor does it make up for the inconvenience. These repeated issues have discouraged me from ordering from your store as frequently as I would like. I suspect there may be a flaw in your current pickup system that causes Dashers to overlook drink items. I suggest consolidating all parts of “to go” orders into one designated spot to prevent this.

Given the repeated nature of these errors, I am leaving this review.

My husband and I went to this Chicken Salad Chick for Veteran’s Day and we each were given a wonderful meal at no charge. The franchise owner, Tiffany, was incredibly gracious. Even when I asked to add a 3rd scoop of chicken salad (to share with grandchildren when I got home), she said I could trade it for the drink if I would like to instead of incur an upcharge. That was really thoughtful. We really enjoy Chicken Salad Chick for a change from the same old fast food options.

I come here often for lunch. And today when I received my lunch, it looked like my scoop of chicken salad was about half of the portion that it normally is. I spoke with the manager about it. And she looked at me like she did not even care. She barely even apologized.I spent $15 on lunch and I now feel like I got ripped off. I also tipped their staff. They just lost a regular customer. I will not be back. Was so disappointed. I’ve never had bad service at a chicken salad chick before until today.

This place is incredibly slow. I ordered online, and it said the order would be ready at 3:01 PM. I got there at 3:15, and it still wasn’t ready. At 3:20, they tell me they’re not sure if they can accommodate my allergy. That would have been great to know when I ordered rather than when my food was already 20 minutes late. The food here is pretty good, but the service makes me not want to come in again.

The service was really nice but my chicken salad BLT didn’t have any bacon and the tomato’s were very unripe so they are weirdly crunchy? And the broccoli salad tastes like it changed and in a bad way.. like broccoli dressing soup. I like dressing but this is a little crazy

I live in the neighborhood and decided to check out this new place after reading the positive reviews but left with disappointment. I stood in line for a few minutes before being assisted by Matthew who wasn’t particularly friendly. During the order taking process, he seemed distracted. I sat by the bench adjacent to the cashier’s counter to wait for my takeout. However, almost 15 minutes later upon noticing the other customers who ordered after me had already picked up their orders and left, I approached one of the employees to follow-up on my order. Shortly after, the kitchen staff spoke with Matthew who then used his index finger to call me over and I was like really? That was very rude of him, and I wasn’t pleased at all with his attitude!! He explained to me that he had entered the wrong order as a scoop instead of a chicken sandwich. I responded, “How is your incompetent my fault?” and he did not even bother to apologize. After I picked up order, Cassidy who was cleaning up the beverage counter noted what happened and offered a flower cookie for the delay, which was a nice gesture. While Cassidy is an asset, Matthew who has zero customer skills definitely does not deserve this job! I probably won’t return since there are a plethora of options within this neighborhood.
