Let me just say that the owner of this restaurant is very friendly. To the returning customers I heard her say welcome back as she truly seemed to value them. I ordered the Bronx with the spicy peppers. Not overly spicy just enough to enhance the flavor of the really good salamis. If your a fan of crushed ice they got it. I will definitely be back to try another sandwich.

So we ordered off of DD a delivery but I plant minute noticed that if I changed the type of bread on a standard sandwich on the menu , it did not adjust the price correctly and we would have ended up with a small instead of a large. I input that in the bottom of order wheee it lets you leave noted it a store / restaurant and most places deny this these days. Not this store ! A young gal called and advised on size for two … she made all adjustments no problem and it was close to closing. She was absolutely delightful! I asked her if she was a kid in the local high school and how respectful and pleasant she was To my surprise , that sweet little voice belonged to one of the owners ! Anyhow , the sandwich arrived on time and we are so happy ! Even the sauce option that was not online – Russian / thousand for a corn-beef – pastrami ! This place is always the bomb ! Won’t go wrong and worth every penny ! Gabby is delightful !

Really good deli. My wife and I had a couple of pastrami sandwiches. I had mine cold and hers was made hot. They were both excellent. We had a couple of blonde beers at $3 each and were really good also. You order at the counter and they bring everything to you which happened very quickly. You can grab some pickles which are off to the side if wanted. The restaurant was really clean and I noticed they clean the tables really quickly once vacated. Everyone very friendly.

Everything great deli should be. I work 5 minutes down the road from this place and had never eaten there until this week. Now, I’ll be frequenting it because it was so yummy. They have SO many delicious and creative sandwich options. And they are very accommodating and allow you to customize anything to your liking. And the staff is super nice. Our cashier was so helpful when placing our order – she listened to what I wanted and steered me towards the perfect sandwich. And it was super delicious – I got the hot pastrami on a roll with Swiss, mustard, and pickles. One of the best pastrami sandwiches I’ve ever had!!! Can’t wait to go back!!!

I had a couple of coupons to use & wanted to go check the place out. What a spread! This menu offers such a huge variety of unique tastes with fun names. You can personalize your sandwiches. Take home prepared, handmade meals to your family, to cook in your oven. Owned & operated by a father & son team who have friendly & greeting personalities. We’ll definitely be back. I wish I would have done this there so I could remember the name of the sandwich BUT my sandwich was roast beef, cream cheese, pimento & lettuce. AMAZING combination. It also smelled amazing & was so clean! If you’re an HB local or in the area go check this place out, for sure! Next time I’m going to try a hot sandwich! Oh and the macaroni salad was great too & the prices are super reasonable as well.

Fritzankotters is all about the sandwiches, and they absolutely deliver. While it may not be the single best sandwich I’ve ever had, it’s definitely up there with the very best. The bread is perfect, the ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are layered in a way that makes every bite satisfying. These are sandwiches done right.
The space itself is pretty bare bones and rustic, but honestly, that’s part of the charm. They don’t try to dress it up — they let the food do the talking. And with sandwiches this good, that’s exactly how it should be.

My husband’s introduced me to this place when I first started dating him in 1990. The place had been through some changes. I haven’t been in a very long time and love how they’ve updated it. It’s brighter, clean and the sandwiches are still amazing! They offer some Italian dishes In a refrigerated section to take and make at home. They also have a collection of wines where the proceeds go directly to veteran’s charities. Looking forward to another visit soon!

The bread is amazing; dough cooked to perfection. Completely full, however, cannot stop eating deliciousness. This spot is going to be a weekly activity, maybe more.
