Customer service sucks, arcade machines are old and outdated that they don’t work. Let the workers know all they said was, “ well there is a sign that states play at your own risk”. Although there is a sign it’s way high up where you can’t even see it.

Mari(the cashier) was super nice despite the change of atmosphere this afternoon at the carnival, not to mention the absolutely amazing taste of the pizza. truly delightful, will most definitely be a returning costumer. The atmosphere was beautiful with all the joy and good times around us, it’s just so amazing getting to have such an amazing pie in a nice cool night on opening day of the carnival. these pizzas have never missed!!!! I don’t usually give reviews like this but this pizza really hit the spot after walking around the fair for a while!!!!!

Delicious pizza, we were there for a birthday party. Theres plenty of space for everyone, arcade games and toys for the kids. The only thing I recommend is turning the ac on so it’s cooler, was pretty hot, maybe put on the ceiling fans and lightly tint the front windows or put window shades. This may help and keep it cooler when there are more guests.

Been coming to this pizza factory for well over 15 years. It’s amazing pizza but recently the quality of the pizza has changed drastically. The dough is undercooked, or the pizza is burnt in the bottom. Last time we order a combination pizza and it was so bad we ended up not eating it. The crust is really thin and flimsy now. We started going to the mendota location now, hope they can focus on making great pizzas again. It’s a hit or miss I think now, if u go when some of the older workers are there it’s good if u go when all the new kids are working forget it.

SO EXPENSIVE!!!!!!! WHO THE HELL’S GOING TO SPEND 4.37$ ON A CUP FOR A SODA. THEY DON’T HAVE WATER CUPS OR EVEN SELL WATER. IF YOU EAT IN THE RESTAURANT YOU CANT BUY A TWO-LITER. THEIR MENUS ARE NOT UP TO DATE WITH THE PRICES AND THEY’LL TELL YOU THAT WHEN YOU ASK TO SEE A MENU, WHICH THEY DONT HAVE AVAILABLE ANYWHERE IN THE RESTAURANT TO SEE. BOTH RESTROOMS HAD PEE ALL OVER THE TOILETS, AND NO PAPER TOWELS. THIS PLACE WAS NOT WORTH IT! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Ordered based on reviews and obviously the reviews must be from people who haven’t ever eaten a pizza. Soggy horrible crust. Disgusting sauce.
