Missing topping. I cannot get a hold of the store because their automated system does not give you any option to connect to the store and it’s a circle of do you want to order takeout or delivery i wanted to refund, and I have not gotten one. I have proved that the cheese bread has no pepperoni on it. This is the third time this has happened. And all the other two times I didn’t even bother to complain. But this third time i’m tired of them getting my order wrong. Every single time or forgetting items I do not have a car so I cannot go up to the store unless I walk forty minutes so for them to not be able to connect me to a store is really annoying. Guy was rude when he did call me back. Yeah never again ordering from here. Messaged higher up for a refund

We ordered a simple cheese pizza about 25 to 30 minutes before arriving, on our way back from a trip with tired and very hungry kids, specifically so it would be ready and fresh when we got there. A few minutes before arrival, I even received a notification saying the pizza was ready.
What followed was incredibly frustrating. After I came in, I was asked for my name multiple times over the next 20 to 30 minutes and each time was told, “It’s coming.” Meanwhile, no one explained anything, no one apologized, and no one seemed interested in actually helping. Eventually, that one very specific employee decided to check the pickup rack, looked through a few boxes, and found my pizza sitting there the whole time. By then it was only lukewarm.
So what should have been a quick pickup turned into roughly 40 extra minutes of waiting, while my kids sat outside hungry and tired. Mistakes happen, but the complete lack of communication, urgency, and basic customer service is what made this so disappointing. I’ve overlooked smaller issues here before, but this visit finally pushed me to leave a review. In a business this competitive, this is just not acceptable.

I’ve ordered here three times, and I won’t be ordering again. They messed up two x-large pizzas, completely skipped ingredients, and when I called to let them know, the first words out of the mouth of the employee were telling me that I was wrong. I worked pizza for 8 years, these guys are clowns and not interested in accepting responsibility. If you want pizza, order someplace else.

I had given them a second chance but I have no clue how cheese sauce can be messed up so bad. It was not creamy at all. Just melted cheese with no flavor. Also the bits were all different shapes and sizes. Again I do not get to enjoy my dinner! Also the store is dark and seems closed. This should be addressed!!!!

I have ordered here pizza and wings and always something missing I order to put Buffalo sauce on my pizzas every time and the sauce on the wings does not cover the wings this is the 3rd time it happens i even put my order on here its on the order and I have my others as well and yes over some sauce and only that its either over burn or raw sometimes

They made the wrong pizza and the Manager did not even offer an apology when we called the store asking for the right one. In fact she had an attitude and was mad when we went and returned the wrong one and picked up the correct one, as if it were our fault. Last time, they forgot to give us a dip we paid for. We let it go but since it happened again, we wanted it corrected. Clearly, they don’t care about making sure your order is correct.
