While eating my Mediterranean chicken wrap, I started chewing on something kinda elastic. Turns out there was a decent piece of plastic in my food that I almost swallowed. Yikes!
This location is always pretty decent, so I’m not too upset. Stuff happens. Refund please!! lol.

I was very well taken care of by the manager/employees after this happened. I was treated to a free meal and they threw in chips and a dipping side! Very well handled! Thank you!

I went through the drive through and a girl just said the name Jimmy Johns. No other greeting, just the name of the establishment. Not sure whose idea that was but its neither ‘cool’ nor good customer service. She didnt say how could I help you, or anything, she rudely said I can take your order. To which I asked is that really how you greet people? I then proceeded to explain that it was not very good customer service. To which some other guy came on and said we’ll then you’re going to have to find some other place to eat because thats how we greet people. I couldn’t believe that, so I left without ordering. I then called the restaurant and pressed the prompt to talk to the manager. The manager
sounded just like the guy who interrupted the drive thru conversation, so I asked if it was him and he said no, although, he later made a few remarks that led me to believe it actually was him. I asked his name and he said it was Jeremy. I asked for the franchisees phone number and he said he’s not involved with this place, and I wasnt getting that number. As a business owner myself, I find that very confusing. He then said I could call their corporate office and gave me a number which I called and it said the mailbox was full. So I called Jeremy back and explained to him that the number he gave wasnt accurate and I asked what the district managers name was. He refused to tell me, but said I could google it.
When I googled it a lady named Angelique Balduf came up, so I called the store back to ask Jeremy if that name was accurate and he explained that he had never heard of that name before. But that the name I was looking for was a man named Darren Maple like the leaf. Why he now gave me a name is beyond me. But when I googled Darren Maple Jimmy Johns nothing comes up at all. I did learn how to file a corporate complaint and have done that so we’ll see how it goes. I definitely like a good Jimmy Johns sandwich – but to tell someone if you don’t like how we do things to go find some place else is horrific.

By far the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. My child’s bread was over cooked and hard to eat. Every other Jimmy John’s we’ve been to, we were greeted and all staff were friendly but the people working here definitely lack people skills. It was our first time at this location and our the last.

I’m done with this location. Out of the 3 times I’ve been here they’ve only gotten my order correct once. I gave them 3 chances but I’m just done wasting my money and time at a location where the workers can’t bother to read the order slip. I do all my orders online so it’s simple and they can just read and make as they go. Went to this location yesterday for the last time for a last chance and the female worker literally handed me my food and went back behind the counter. It was a pickup that I hadn’t paid for yet. I was paying in cash. I literally said um..don’t you want my money? And she then looked at the receipt and said omg yeah. Like.. really? If I wasn’t honest I’d have left with free food and they would have been 30 dollars short at the end of the night. This location needs to hire workers who read order slips and receipts or else they are going to be in some trouble. Wish I could talk to the manager or franchise owner but since there’s no way of doing that, here I am leaving this review. The only good things this location has going for it is that it’s got a drive thru and is in a good location. I will unfortunately never be coming back after giving them chances to get my order right but then screwing up my dietary needs and disregarding allergies and requests.

okay there’s nothing wrong with the food or the guys there HOWEVER i think the last five straight times i have ordered from this jimmy john’s, something has been wrong.
avocado spread on the my sandwich from another sandwich cause they didn’t clean the knife.
a whole sandwich missing from the delivery.
no onions or oil on a basic sandwich.
a completely wrong sandwich from what was ordered.
tomatoes when requested no tomatoes.

i think i’ve reached insanity, because i continue to order from this location. so if you’re willing to gamble the order will be wrong, by all means. otherwise just go down the street to the next location, for real.

The reason im giving two stars is because the sandwich was good! The service was horrible, the young guy who took my order was so impatient, once I got to the window you could clearly tell he didn’t want to be there, when I asked was he having a good day he replied that he has been stuck at the window for three hours, and that he didn’t mean to take it out on me!!!! He was clearly very angry and couldn’t hide it! I will never visit this Jimmy John’s again. I’m sorry kid but if your that upset go find another job or talk to your manager don’t take it out on PAYING customers smh

Ecoli virus from here. I ordered a billy club on June 21st around 420pm. Only meal I had all day after work. I got it at the drive thru and ate it on my way home. Within 2 hours I had diarrhea,fever,headaches,rashes and stomach pain and dehydration and couldnt even hold down fluids. I’ve just now recovered after about 3+ days. Always was a loyal customer here as well. The day I went it was over 97 degrees. So wondering if the meat wasn’t properly stored.

Ordered some food through the app because they claim being “freaky fast” and I had somewhere to be, which is why I ordered in the first place. An hour goes by, I call because I was going to just ask for a refund, and she says “well it says that my driver is there, he had six deliveries”. 15 minutes later and still nothing. Do not recommend this location.

I got a beach club with no meat. Had to drive 20min back and forth and the best part was they didn’t care one bit. I hate leaving negative feedback but get better at what you do. Hope this helps you.
