I ordered a cappuccino for five dollars and honestly it was disappointing. The drink tasted very diluted, mostly water and milk with barely any coffee flavor. For that price, I expect at least a basic, properly made cappuccino.
I don’t go to this chain often, but I’ve had a cappuccino at another Dunkin’ location in Trinidad, Colorado, and it was actually really good. That’s why I stopped here, expecting something similar. The difference in quality was noticeable.
I don’t mind paying for coffee if it’s done right. What’s frustrating is the lack of consistency and quality control between locations. It also feels awkward being asked to tip when the product itself doesn’t meet expectations.
Hopefully this location can improve consistency and pay more attention to drink quality, because that’s what makes customers come back.

The drinks are made differently each time despite having asked for the same drink each time. One day no ice will get a full cup of drink still amd the next time it’ll get me a half cup, mind you it’s always a large drink – matcha latte. When asked about it I’m told “oh that’s how it comes with no ice, you only get a half of a cup”… not sure how ordering a large yields only half a cup. Shouldn’t I only pay half for the drink? I truly prefer dunkin over starbucks but I can say every time I’ve gone to starbucks, my cup has been filled no matter the drink and no matter the lack of ice.

Disappointing experience. My husband placed a mobile order almost 2 hours before closing time. He arrives at the lobby door, and it is locked. He was trying to get one or more associates attention. He was mostly ignored and motioned to go to the drive thru. My husband then walks to the drive thru and continues to get attitude from one or more employees. They then said their lobby was just trashed by previous customers. The lobby was in adequate shape upon our arrival at about 8:15 pm. Poor service and attitudes. The lobby should not have been closed, and the customer service needs improvement. We won’t come back for a long time.

Rude workers. Walked in an empty café and approached the register only to be met with a look of disdain and a loud and hateful “what you want!?”. My single coffee I ordered was good but I’m definitely not going back to an unwelcoming atmosphere just to be greeted with disrespect and apathy.

I ordered a matcha plain with almond milk and was given something with cinnamon and a bunch of weird flavoring in it. I asked for it to get fixed and the woman behind the counter with 2 nose piercings was super rude and wouldn’t fix it. Have never been treated like this at a Dunkin’ Donuts, wouldn’t go back.

The staff is usually on point. But our visit yesterday was not good. The staff overcharged us and when I asked about the price difference. The staff member looked at the receipt and then walked away without a word. Another staff member walked up and asked if we would like to order and shecwas able to fix the overcharge. We got our order and the muffin was hard,there were 5 hashbrowns in the bag that was less than a third full. The coffee was undrinkable. To say this visit was a disappointment is an understatement.

Will adjust if my third visit is better. I’ll wait a month and return. Second visit here this month, first visit, I said I wouldn’t go back due to staff and the uncertainty of cleanliness. Today, I returned,
the staff member with very long dark curly hair was rude and her hair was falling into the ice and cups as she was working. She needs some education on sanitation and customer service. The lady with short hair was helpful.
And finally, I recommend the Dunkin by Home Depot. The one by the interstate needs attention to a few things.

Absolutely ridiculous. Why accept mobile orders if nothing is done 10 minutes later when I arrive, no customers are there, and it still takes an additional 20 minutes to get our order. They kept trying to send me away without even giving me anything. If I hadn’t already paid through the app, I wouldn’t have stayed. This place is a complete circus. Go to the one by home depot.

The employees here are some of the RUDEST people I’ve ever had the misfortune of encountering. The employees are so miserable at this location and clearly like to take it out on the customers, absolutely unprofessional and disgusting behavior. Will not be back.
