This is hands down the best Mexican restaurant in all of Nashville. The flavors. The steak on the fajitas is incredible. You can tell they put a lot of love in there food. Its not just some typical run of the mill Mexican restaurant like Las Palmas or LA Hacienda and the million others like it around town. This place rocks. Even the rice is incredibly flavored. Kudos to the whole team there.

Fun atmosphere and theatrics but that’s about it. The margaritas had a lot of sour mix, though my frozen one was good. The food was all luke warm, including one of the soups. The enchiladas did not have any cheese or onion and the mole was extremely salty. The food overall was pretty bland. The server was nice but there was definitely a language barrier in ordering which made it difficult to ask questions about the menu.

From the moment you walk inside it shows they care about what they do. The atmosphere is wonderful and great for children as well as adults. The food is amazing they have so many different varieties of food. The service is awesome they are very attentive to every single need you have. I recommend coming here if you never have tried Tequila’s before or even a returning guest. I want to give a shoutout to Jose for being an awesome person and waiting on us.

The absolute worst experience at Tequilas. We waited 2 hours for our food, which was horrible! Some did not want the undesirable food, but the manager did not want to work with us on anything. We paid and left. Definitely NEVER stepping a foot in that place again. It was once a welcoming place, however those times have come and gone. Don’t waste your money! The food was literally terrible. The lambchops were so rubbery and tough that they did not separate. The steak was awful, like, I don’t even understand how they produced what they did. The manager was a complete unprofessional, unqualified, amateur. The waitress was nice. Don’t do it, go somewhere else!

The portions are generous, the food is always delicious, and the presentation is just incredible. The staff is welcoming and provide excellent service, which makes the whole experience even better. Our server Jose C. Was great! You invite me to the sign on the table or if you leave you and you can get a free dessert and I told him that I would do that anyways because this place is really worth seeing and the plan here is pretty good so here we go …We came here before the movies for some low-key good Mexican food and some margs before we go over to the AMC and watch a really great movie. tequilas redecorated about 4 months ago( I didn’t know it had been that long since I’ve been in here). Tequilas has always been great food and a chill place anyways, but this new version is better no doubt. If you made it this far, I’m seriously telling you don’t miss out.
